Abby was back once I was ready and my facial began once we addressed my concerns as I chose the "Snatched Custom Facial". She spoke softly, her hands were gentle on my ever so sensitive skin, and she answered every question/concern I had during my session. I've had facials before, but this was hands down one of the best that I've had. Abby went above and beyond after my session was over to ask if I had any other questions for her - which I asked what products she would recommend for me to use to obtain clearer skin. She wrote down many (AFFORDABLE) products that would work with my budget and skin type that she recommends. I did end up purchasing a product from the Beauty Bar, but never once did she push buying any products, and also loved that she gave me options that are within my budget non salon grade.
