And them telling me they would just charge me a bit less because of the credit card 3% charge... which comes from their pocket, not mine, so I can't quite figure out that one. Also got a "discount" off a large bill because they kept my car for a week instead of a couple of days so they "paid the other part out of their pocket"... or the original amount was overcharged? No one really knows do they... There's more, but that was enough to get me looking another direction. Nice people that I would still do business with if I could overlook the other things

They found the problem (I had a piece of metal scrap lodged in my wheel well), they removed and then refused to charge me because they said they didn't do any repairs. They didn't ask for anything!
