They told my husband just to try to shut it down the center and that he would just have to live with it. He said this is unacceptable, the trunk is still not shutting properly and we are told to just live with it!! The only reason we use them was because the guy that hit us had insurance with progressive and that's who they contract with. The car is not repaired, $5300 later and the car is not repaired!
