This happened 3 times! More and more parts needed to be replaced and labor hours added. The computer had to be replaced and then replaced again (had nothing to do with the original problem). This went on for a month. we finally get it home $4,700 later and notice the ac isn't working at all- no lights, no airflow, nothing. It worked great before. Of course we can't get anyone to answer or call us back so we took it to another mechanic and the entice ac condenser and fan assembly is fried and has to be replaced. They caused more damage than they fixed! I'm scarred to find out what else they messed up.

I will definitely use them again! UPDATE DEC 2014: Ok, I have been using Conrad's for over a year now to keep my Dodge Ram diesel up to par. They have done routine maintenance along with some fixes.
