Looking online, almost no one had white/cream colored slip-covered couches, though they seem to be shown in every magazine. I wanted a breezy look but good quality. I nearly made the dreadful mistake of buying from "Restoration Hardware" but upon checking their reviews - I found their reviews to be shockingly horrible - with complaints bordering on fraud. I was then worried about buying online. Thankfully, I found these people online. They are located in Florida but you can find them online with helpful photos, and they deliver. This outfit had only one review that I could find here, and a few on their site I believe. What convinced me was the very personal service: there are only a couple of people who you will deal with - it is NOT a huge corporation with representatives distanced from their product line.; it is a local business and everyone there knows what they are talking about to the smallest of details. They even helped me pick the couch accepting cell phone photos of my living room to aid in helping me make a choice. They even extended the sale price for me while I was making my decision about the fabric choice. Also, the manufacturers of the furniture can be looked up and one can see that they are reputable. I cannot begin to express how satisfied I am. It is really hard to make a decision about furniture online, so personal service and quality is crucial. The couch is just outstanding...folks the quality is incomparable. Thick, quality fabric, beautifully and durably sewn and a nice tight fit - but not so tight that it will rip when you take the slip-cover off. The couch itself SOLID! The weight alone will convince you of that. The leather chair is exactly as described and just beautiful. They also really helped with the color which wasn't easy to decide from online pictures of the leather color choices. They will send you fabric samples for the slip covers for the couches and chairs - which of course made it SOOO much easier. Service was absolutely impeccable - very detail oriented, and the delivery was very professional - even put the cover on, which they didn't need to do as it was quite simple. Don't spend you money anywhere else. If you have seen those pictures of those beautiful white slip covered chairs and couches (or other colors), and you wondered where to get that - look no further than here. i ordered over $40,000 worth or product. beds ,chairs, chaise loungers, rugs, cabinets., pendants…read more i notified upon delivery karen the owner the slipcovers to the beds did not fit. too much fabric photos were sent. she will not resolve the problem and im stuck with having to put out more money of my own to fix the issues . i have bar stools rattan pulling apart, cabinet shelves warped, cabinet doors wont latch pendants too large for the island in kitchen and gold paint peeling off them as well. i have a wood table ordered in dec. still not recd. put a charge back to her on my credit card only few days before my 6 month time period was to expire. turns out table was never ordered. had to chase month of march , april and now may only to be told it will arrive every month delayed one month after another. turns out it was never ordered.!!! she never intended on producing the table. to find out what she acutally intended on doing was attempting to apply my money i pd for the table for bogus shp charges that she was not transparent about and sent an invoice for a bogus amount that reflected none of the specific items ordered either. just a bogus one $ amt invoice. who knows where tht number came from ?? i told her my table purchase was for the table and nothing else. it was purchased in full pmt dec 18. told march delivery approx first to second week. here it is may now. no table. she wants to use my table money to pay for bogus shp costs when she will not reconcile with me and find resolution to fix the defective products i have recd. . she has stuck with me with defective products. all listed above in this memo review. she banters in long text messages and will not offer one bit of resolve for any thing. nothing. she has threatened me as well . beware of buying from her. she operates out of her house. is currently in some legal battle with her sister in law that also has to do with her business apparently. she shared this with me direclty on a call months ago. i have delayed sending these reviews out in hopes she would get the slip covers fixed so they fit properly and or replaced. along with other defective items. i have a hot mess left to deal with as she provides zero customer service. also adding to this the table that i still dont have and have done a charge back on my credit card so i dont lose this money. she nor anyone on website bothered to notify of further delays regarding this table. i had to chase the issue down each month. only to be told it would delay another month. with no window time frame. just a month to month . not acceptable in my book. she will not apply my funds she has recd for a table never delivered to whatever she chooses outside of the table itself. the game as i see it : she was trying to push the time frame into me not being able to dispute the charge. , going past 6 months. as it is i was just a few days prior to that time frame expiring on me! she never ordered the table. only invoiced me for it . thats the truth of the matter here. using it to cover expenses for other things outside of what i actually pd for and did not receive. its deceiving , underhanded and dishonest as i see it in my opinion. she never produced actual shp costs from the respective companies. only sent a lump sum invoice number she pulled out of a hat. i asked for option of two resolutions. have defective itmes picked up. and retd and cashiers ck to me for what i paid. as i cant trust once she would pick them up. id be out the money as well. or have the issues fixed. repaired. , the slipcovers refit or remade to fit the beds properly. she will do neither. has not attempted for over 2 months to reach out. do anything for me for resolve of any kind as well! only did she start in may 4 bantering and threatening me on text messages when i told her i was doing a charge back for the table never recd. my credit card company has issued a credit and i have sent in a detailed form concerning this. its really bad what i have epxerienced here overall. she has done nothing but invoice and collect money. she does not back up customer satisfaction on any level whatsoever. if product is damaged. defective or ill fitting its customers problem. and she does nothing. she can banter in texting. exhausting for me. i told her the issues. offered two acceptable resolutions. yet she offers nothing. and goes silent at this point. she did threaten me however in the course of here texts. and i was very very clear the table not recd will be a charge back to her and has nothing to do with anything else. i see clearly now all she did was collect more money from me in dec and held it in her account for whatever she wanted . not going to happen. i got the dispute it in time thank god
