Went to this location because it's close to me and it had a good rating. I must say I will not be going back. I went and got my nails done with gel polish instead of the dip. I chose a nice plum color and when they were finished I was happy with the way the looked and there were no mess ups, so for $25 I left a tip and went about my day. Here we are a week later and all of my nails have turned this yellowish color (Weird I know). So I went back to the same location to ask them about it and see if they'd change the polish as it does not look attractive. At first the lady said she didn't see what I was talking about so she put my hand under a light. She then asked me what I did to them! I'm sorry but what did I do?? She then proceeded to tell me that she'll redo them in the same color for free but to change the color she was going to charge me $18! So you mean to tell me I can pick the same color that I'm showing you is bad and you'll do them for free? But can't own up to a bad product and also do them for free? What kind of customer service is that! I've never seen anything like this before so either the color/product is bad or y'all did nails on a person with fungus on they're nails and continued to use the same polish after. NEVER will I do business with them again. This is disgusting! read more

Went yesterday with a friend to get pedicures. The people there were friendly enough but the pedicures were not good. The salt scrub literally lasted 10 seconds and she didn't even go above my ankle area. The massage was not good...she only did like 3 different movements. She rubbed a line in the bottom of my foot for so long that it was starting to go numb. When we went outside, we went to take pictures of our cute pedicures but immediately noticed that the paint jobs were bad. So many little corners and edges of our nails were not painted, missing nail polish. And the clean up job was not done well. We decided to skip the picture. Later, I called because one of my toes already had chipping polish. A man answered and when I told him that my polish was already chipping, he asked me if I had regular polish or not. I asked him why that mattered... and I asked if it was OK for regular polish to chip in a few hours. Then he said that I must have hit it to make it chip. I happen to find this GEM of a nail salon when I was shopping at target. My nail technician name is Du and he does my dip powder and does such an amazing job. Du does the powder so it's not so thick like my former nail techs which is why I was looking for someone new. For my pedicures, I see Twin and she never disappoints. She takes her time and is very professional. From the manager to the staff, very friendly and a clean environment not full of toxic fumes. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. read more

Worst Place! Customer service sucked, Nan started the pedicure process and seemed she did not even know how to hold the utensils!! She and some other worker there, chatted in their native tongue the entire time as they worked on my nails (I understood some of the words, it was not good). Then I was passed off to another man to complete my finger nails. He and another worker (3rd one) said send her down here. I moved to another table (musical chairs). I looked around for the license (same name was on the license in another salon I'd gone to in another area of Tampa :0/ Worker started the DIP process. She reached over and started to put my hand in the LIGHT. When this side of HELL have we started putting someone hand in the light with DIP. Never ever had that done before (maybe with GEL, but not with dip only). I said NO, we will not put my hand in the light with DIP. I sensed only a certain type of people she would do this to... (too much LIGHT is not could for you, they know that!!) After sitting there a while and seeing others coming in and out asking for service, Seems If you are one certain people and male, they really didn't want to do a pedicure. They would say they are busy more than half the time asked in 2- 3 hour time frame I was there. They also seem not to be very clean and went out of their way to handle people a certain way (sneaky harsh). I think DBPR need to notified as well as Florida Department of Health!! Also check that name business out as well, too many of the same name. Something not right. I was kind and respectful as always, and could not believe these people would go out their way to disrespect and try to hurt you. The pedicure and dip services were poor. read more

They cut my cuticles down so far the I'm now battling an infection In my right big toe and I may need to go to the ER to get the infection drained. I have been here twice now. Neither time I didn't have much of a wait. Their prices are reasonable and the the staff is friendly. I have gotten a pedicure both times. The place gets a 2 and not a 3 star because both times I went myself or a person I was with left with at least 1 sore toe. It never amounted to an infection well not a serious one I guess but a sore toe nonetheless. I didn't see them unwrapping new sterilized tools. Not to say that they didn't it's just other places it's been very open and obvious that your getting clean tools. The couple of women I've had have been kinda rough and didn't always pick up or acknowledge my pain signals. The place is really just average not really anything to make them stand out from others. read more

Limited waiting area so you may be asked to return at a later time which to me really doesn't make much sense as there are about 6 other nail salons in the nearby area. The Pedicure/Manicure was detailed and not rushed at all. I've been to at least four other places locally and this by far is the cleanest and best service provided. Price is about $2.00 more for each service Mani/Pedi than other places but the chairs are newer and the decor is nice. read more

I was recently in this spa to get my nails filled and a pedicure. The older lady in there is very unfriendly. She cut me and I started bleeding and she was mad and didn't apologize at all. She told me to go wash my hands, walked in front of me and washed hers and then told me to go ahead. Very unprofessional. Not one smile from her and when I left I had to put on my own shoes after my pedi. No one even said good bye to me. I will never go to this place again! read more

I drive 45 minutes to come here! Everyone is so friendly, it is so clean, and their selection of gel polishes is better than I have ever seen anywhere else. They have brand new massage chairs that make your pedicure so relaxing. You never have to wait long to get started. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Definitely worth a visit! read more

This place was terrible. While the gentleman was very nice and friendly and we were off to a good start, the woman he handed me off to did an awful job on my nails. She butchered my cuticles - they not only looked terrible when I left, but they were painful. I had two cuticle cuts. I got a gel mani and she painted on the skin behind my cuticles so they started to peel from the base of my nail within a few days. And she took FOREVER. It was officially the longest gel manicure of my life. The place looked clean, but they did not take any of their instruments out of a cleaning receptacle of any sort, which made me nervous. I'm hoping the instruments were cleaned before they made it to her station. My husband came along with me and decided to get a mani, but the male employee kept saying, "Don't you want a pedicure? You have time. She gonna be here LONG time." Enough with the pressure...he didn't want a pedicure. After 5 times of asking, it's obnoxious. Only benefit was the price...$25 for a gel mani. I got my eye brows waxed here. The lady was just not interested in doing it. She seemed like she was in a huge rush. When she was finished I felt too rushed I didn't even get a good look at them in the mirror. When I got home I noticed she had missed some hairs! are you kidding me, if i could give this -10 stars i would. i went to get acrylics off and they shaved my nails until they were paper thin, i made effort towards conversation about a movie but i was ignored, my nails physically began to hurt because they are so thin. i informed them of the pain and i commented on how thin they were becoming and she tried to tell me that was just my nails and i needed gel or acrylic (mind you i have naturally long and thick nails). she told me i needed to let them dry for 2 minutes and i did, now the polish is rubbing off after 20 minutes. I am very disappointed and wanted to go back and ask for a partial refund. but they closed at 4:47, the sign says they close at 5:00. read more
