I wish I could give negative five stars!! Worst place to go to, don't even bother. I had gone here for months and months with my mom as a "girls day out", she loved the place but I wasn't too crazy about it from the start. Let's start with the quality - its lacking. Every time I left my nails were always bumpy. They could never get at least one nail straight and there reasoning was that my finger wasn't straight, does that even make sense?! As I would ask my nail tech to fix it, she made it very obvious she was annoyed with me so I just gave up and dealt with it. They were never very friendly, as in trying to make small talk with us but would talk amongst themselves in a different language. I went by myself once and that was the last time I went. I wanted white nails with gold glitter going down for New Years and you could see streaks in the white polish and she my nail through it. I thought whatever, it's just for New Years I'll change it myself afterwards. As I'm paying, she swiped my debit cards three times in a row and told me my card got declined. I then signed onto my online banking and showed them that it went through. They started yelling at me, "NO! DECLINE!! YOU PAY AGAIN" I even called my bank and had the bank tell them that no, it was approved the first time but for my account protection the other two times were declined. They kept yelling at me and telling me I can't leave that I need to use cash to pay them. I kept informing them as did the lady on the phone from the bank that it did go through. They then told me to call my mother and have her come pay in cash. It was disgusting.. I have fraud protection that refuses multiple transactions like that. I honestly believe they were trying to take advantage of me being alone and try to charge me three times consecutively. read more

I highly regret to have the only option of selecting "one star". I would give Bebe Nails a below zero stars! I wish I have enough words to describe the unacceptable, amazingly rude, out of place, disrespectful, aggressive attitude from the workers there. I walked in ONLY for a polish change. I am a concert pianist. My nails are the shortest you can imagine. They have to be like this. I made a comment that $7 polish change for my extra short nails, I mean, nails shorter than the length of my fingers, was expensive, but I was already sitting down, so I stayed. The woman doing it was painting my nails, and my cuticles!!! I couldn't believe it. It looked worse than when I try to do it myself. Then, she tried to clean up my cuticles with a brush and she was leaving nail polish on! It looked horrible!, like when my 10 year old niece does it playing! I brought it up and told her that my cuticles were painted!! She started YELLING saying: "YOU ARE A BAD PERSON!!!" and I couldn't understand anything else because she was yelling so HHHHHAAARRRDDD!!!! the owner of the place, sitting on the first chair, told her to stop yelling! I immediately got up and said, give me my $7 dollars back (yes! $7 dollars to paint my cuticles) and I'm out a here. She kept on yelling so much, I said I'd call the cops! She said: "GO AHEAD CALL THE COPS!!!" Then I realized that I can not call the cops because somebody is screaming at me... She wasn't giving me my money, so I had to actually mess up my nails completely, painting my fingers, hand, everything with it! so they could give me back my money, then they finally returned my $7. I grabbed one of their flyers and I will report them to BBB and to the city of Tarpon Springs, not only for their unacceptable behavior, but their shop was clearly dirty, to the point that they don't even use a towel to put on the desk you are getting your nails done! Every desk is full of dry nail polish and dry acrylic powder. The pad where you support your arms, is completely broken and held with scotch tape of some kind of none working material to keep it steady, but they don't stay at all, all of them, and while you get your nails done, that pad moves constantly. This store is an insult to every customer, because while all this horrible, sour experience was going on, there where TWO other customers, astonished, speechless. I'm sure they will not come back either. When I walked out the door, she yelled at me to the top of her lungs: "DON'T EVER COME BACK AGAIN", I stopped and said: "You can be sure that I am not coming back. An inspection will come for sure! I'll make sure of it!!!" And I left. I wish I can attach a picture of my nails. I have one! I took a pic as soon as I left. But this yelp review does not give me the option to do so. So please, believe me: If there are good reviews below or above this one, it is only a coincidence or "the exception to the rule", or they wrote them themselves, because the way these people treated me in front of two other customers, it seemed like I was about to be attacked physically. Thank God I did not, because I left as soon as possible. THIS SHOP SHOULD BE COMPLETELY CLOSED DOWN. Be careful. BE CAREFUL! And finally, let me share with all of you out there: If I get any kind of contact from this place because they read my review, I will sue them for stalking and for contacting me without my permission. So, to make sure: BEBE NAIL & SPA: You are not allowed to contact me in any way, shape or form. If you do, I will proceed legally. So, leave it here, assume responsibility, own your unacceptable mistake, make your shop better and RESPECTFUL TO EVERY CUSTOMER, fire the woman that yell at me!, and move on. Went today to get a pedicure. I'm from out of town so I found it on yelp and tried it. So glad I did. I got the deluxe pedicure with the exfoliating, hot towels and hot stone massage. BEWARE. Bebe Nails wrecked my nails! I was going on a cruise for several weeks and planned a girls day with my mother the day before departing. We scheduled pedicures and manicures. I had the all gel coats. My toes even changed color! Bebe's has the most wonderful full body massage chairs! I was happy UNTIL I returned from my trip and had my gel nail polish removed. I can't wear nail polish at work. The girl at Bebe's ground it off the gel coat with a dremel tool. i asked her is this was how they normally took off gel polishes and she pretended not to speak English. My nails are wrecked! They chip and peel daily! I could use my nails like a screwdriver they were so strong. I have sense contact everyone I know and told them not to go to Bebe Nails. read more

Wanted bio seaweed manicure because my nails are peeling and I read on http://bioseaweedgel.com/faq/ that it's better for your nails then regular gels. Walked in after lunch and only had to wait 10 minutes. Place seemed clean and they were friendly. I splurged and had a deluxe pedicure first. Awesome massage chairs and the pedicure was great. Very relaxing. Move to the nail station and the tech proceeded to use a drill to remove my polish and rough up my nails. I questioned her on that (I think drills damage your nail) and she claimed the drill makes them stronger. She then used a white bottle with clear gel to apply a base (bio seaweed website says no base is needed). She put my hands under the UV light and then next applied the color I had picked out from a jar with a screw on lid. Did a few rounds of color and UV, then applied the top coat from the white bottle again. On the positive: both my toes and finger nails look great. Love the color and the application is perfect. I just question the drill, the white bottle and what they really used. They aren't listed as salons that use the product on the manufacturer's website. Maybe there's a different brand of bio seaweed gel that they were using but I also question if they are using it correctly. I'll go back for a pedicure but go elsewhere for a bio seaweed manicure. read more
