Clean and nice salon! I like their massage chairs and the large color selection. Love that they do double hot towels and my technician gives a great foot massage. It was hit or miss for me for a while because it took me a long time to find technicians that I liked. I have also had one or two issues with scheduling where I have shown up and they told me there was no record of my appointment. I was told that I must have mixed up the day/time but when they looked into it further, my appointment was written down but not added into their system which resulted in double bookings. I have been coming here for a while so overall it has been mostly positive experiences! read more

I've asked around the area for suggestions and people usually suggest this place and usually suggest Kim or Andy. My sister also loves Kim for her pedicures and manicures. My pedicure today was with Kim and she gives the best massages. I got a milk and honey pedicure with hot stones and it felt amazing. I always talk about how this place has the best massage chairs and it is true! if you're of age, you get a choice of an alcoholic beverage like red or white wine. If not, there's always a choice of water, which is bottled thank God. Weekends are usually busy, so make an appointment before hand, but walk-ins are available usually. I was in for an acrylic fill manicure this past weekend and I am not happy with how it turned out. The nails themselves were fine, but the tech who was working on my nails consistently was sanding down my cuticles/skin NOT my actual nail. I said something four separate times, that she was hurting me, and she did not switch up what she was doing. I am a week out on the manicure now and I have a scab on EVERY SINGLE CUTICLE. I came to this salon to have my acrylic nails removed, and it was an awful experience. The technician was very rough throughout the process. When she got to my pinky nail, the acrylic was stuck to my natural nail, and instead of continuing to endure the pain, I pulled it off myself--only for it to start bleeding. They didn't charge me for the service, which was appreciated at the moment, but when I got home and told my parent about the situation, we decided to return to see if they would offer compensation for the damage. When we spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she argued that since they didn't charge the $15 for the service, we should be satisfied. The complete lack of professionalism was shocking. This establishment has lost more than just $15--they've lost a client. I won't be coming back and cannot recommend them to others. read more

I almost did not try this salon out due to a few negative reviews recently, but I am so glad that I did! Tom did an amazing job in both my pedicure and dip nails. The pedicure was probably best one I have ever received with Tom doing a meticulous job at cleaning up my feet and applied the gel polish impeccably. I believe I pedicure I chose was called the cherry blossom or hibiscus. It was well worth the money as it was long and relaxing. My husband and I have been to the establishment several times and every time the pedicures were relaxing and done very well. It is very clean and the staff very friendly! Actually we were one of the first customers when they opened in Wesley Chapel when turning on Arrowgrass off of 54. We have tried maybe two other salons but keep going back to Touch. Deceptive spa. The spa has a history of not posting the licenses of the employees as required by Florida law. They quickly put them up after I took photos and posted the lack there of on Google. I want to start off by saying that this place was horrible. I went with my mother about two weeks ago, me to get a full set, and her to get a fill on her acrylic overlay. I got mine done and the acrylics were lumpy and uneven. my mother got hers done and hers were also uneven and thin. One day later all of hers chipped. The nail tech Leo was so passive aggressive from the start of my manicure to the end of my pedicure. He rolled his eyes when I asked him to make them shorter even though he said that was fine earlier and apparently forgot? The only thing he said to me was "go find your friends" because I was the last one getting my nails finished and they had already moved to get their pedicures. I asked "but where are they?" and he aggressively pointed and said over there. Overall it was a very uncomfortable two and a half hours. For how luxurious this place looks, the price range is impressive. It starts at $15 basic pedicure and goes all the way up to $55. I treated myself and got mid-range lavender scrub pedicure. The technician brought new tools on a tray and masagged my shins, legs...taking her time. She was thorough and took her time. I was so relaxed. And she'll wait and suffer through until I beg it out of her to let me know what happened. Her whole demeanor was different when we got back in the car. This lady went from rude to hot with me after I called her out over the phone. I kindly said if you didn't want to be bothered with fixing what another technician did, I totally understand that. But you failed to verbally speak that while I was in the salon. You took my daughter back to your station and quite possibly tortured her. She had to drop tears in my car after she was with you. And not once in your salon or over the phone did I raise my voice. Your front desk girl was even rude upon entry. Detailed reviews will be posted everywhere because you owe my daughter and me an apology. This was a terrible interaction and my first time stepping foot in there and my last. I'm trying to teach her how to rectify an issue. And if customer service fails then we go back to the business for a resolve. Not today as this was an epic fail. If i could leave negative stars, i would. My wife and I went here on a date night. We both ordered pedi's and she got a manicure too. Was impressed with how nice and clean the place was, seemed like a well oiled machine. Seemed. The tech asked my wife how she wanted her nails trimmed, then proceeded to ignore her and trimmed her hands and feet extremely short. She made my wife's feet bleed in two places. They did not deal with any of my calluses, only doing half the job. We were there three hours. THREE HOURS. It was not busy. We were not waiting on techs. We were serviced right away. It just took 3 hours to complete the project. We walked in right after 5 and left after 8. The last people to leave. Left starving, hadn't eaten dinner and didn't get to eat until almost 9 because of it. After they were finally done with the service, we had to track people down to pay. Then they couldn't figure out the register and had to wait another 5 minutes to track more people down to figure it out. I could not get out of here quick enough. After all of that, my toe ended up infected. $100 in co-pay for urgent care, $20 in antibiotics, and excruciating pain in my foot that i've been dealing with for over a week causing me to miss meetings and not be able to wear shoes. DO NOT under any circumstances give this business any of your hard earned money. Support someone else who cares and will take good care of you. read more
