Little did we know that entailed him completing one pedicure before starting the other. There were many other workers in the store which made it confusing as to why we had to wait for one person to help both of us. In addition, the service itself was very plain. Again the polish came out fine, but he didn't scrub our feet or give us a massage. Plus the hot towel was dropped over both our legs and then taken off a few seconds later. Also the man smelled very strongly of an ashtray, and was continually coughing throughout helping both of us. Not to mention we were not given the option for anything other than the basic pedicure. We were walk-ins, but the place was not busy. Upon paying is when we discovered we could have gotten the hot stones or paraffin wax. Very disappointing.
