I've been here for a pedicure twice now, and had a great experience both times. To be blunt, if the polish looks pristine a month later, I feel like I received an excellent pedicure. And the pricing at Top Line is very reasonable. I had a favorite nail salon in Clearwater but I don't work in that area anymore so I wanted to find a salon closer to home. I knew Top Line was here, because they're in the same plaza as my Publix. But it couldn't be that easy & convenient, could it? After searching my neighborhood FB group, seeing several recs for Top Line, and running out of time for an upcoming trip, I decided to give them a try. Zero regrets, aside from not patronizing them sooner. Top-Line is right! Lee is my artist and he never fails! They are quick with responses and very reasonable on prices. From mani/pedis to full sets, this is the go to place if you're in the area or I'm close distance. I drive about 45 mins out but the quality of his work and the shops is unmatched in other salons. Their tools are brand new out the packaging and they do use tub liners for the pedis (HUGE +). Wait time is minimal, however if you want Lee you should message him on IG (best form of contact). Pedis range from $20-45 any package is well worth the money. They do offer waxing services as well. read more

This place is awful. I came here to get my nails done, and their services are terrible. from employees to nails. The woman doing my nails had a bad attitude the entire time. I told her of the length and style I wanted. She made Poot effort. She did badly on what I asked for an almond shape with a white french tip. She applied the acrylic on my nails incorrectly, causing it to be bumpy nails, and the French tips were uneven. Even when she painted them, the lady still missed the places. Came here because of great reviews I've heard. I definitely recommend only going to Tina or lee. Poor excuse of a nail tech wasn't even looking at my nails half the time she was working on them. Pulling and shoving my hand around. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and what I got was a half a** job. I understand they're a busy nail salon but this is unacceptable. She was so sloppy and in such a rush. I think it took her about 20 mins to do a whole fill and gel polish. She barely shaped my nails with the drill and while drilling off my old gel Polish she had the drill up so high it burned me through acrylic! Her station was absolutely disgusting and I highly doubt she sanitized or cleaned any of her tools. The complimentary "massage" was such a waste. She slapped some lotion on my hands and arms all while rubbing in the dust from filing my nails. So disgusting. It took everything in me to not have her stop the service so I could pay for what she had done and walk out. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this was the by far the worst experience of my life. This salon only cares about how quickly they can get your nails done. I went in with my nails done was a full set and wanted them to be removed. I know removing nails can take a while but I want me nails to be as healthy as possible. But these people were so much in a rush they TRIED to rip my nails off like they did to the lady next to me. I quickly told them to stop after ripping and damaging one of my nails. Fast forward through the rushed end product, I got dipped nails and two nails cracked the same day. If you go off of the Instagram posts they do amazing designs. I just went and my pedicure was awesome but my nails not so much. I have crooked nails and am currently sitting in my car crying as I've NEVER in my life had my nails look like this. Dear Manager, My friend and I went here to have a nice afternoon with each other and get our nails done. We were led to opposite sides of the building with a wall between us, after requesting to sit together. We were left alone with our nails soaking in a bowl of acetone for an hour, the woman then used improper tools to file my nails resulting in a lot of pain. The woman who did my nails ignored me and kept sighing whenever I spoke or requested touchups because they were extremely uneven (and I never complain). I could tell they were rushing to get us out the door and my friend and I left with our nails jagged and asymmetrical, which we had to reshape ourselves when we got home and had to get them redone at another salon a few days later. Not happy at all with my nails.. length was not what I wanted and when I asked for square I got ballerina and the job is sloppy and now I'll be going somewhere else to get a new full set. The nail tech was rude and rough on my hands and kept telling me I needed to make my hand stiff so she didn't have to keep holding my hand up and even stopped took a breath in of frustration and made me super uncomfortable. UPDATE: Today was the last straw. I've given this salon SOOOO many chances. I went in today for a pedicure, I let the pedicurist know that my right ankle and foot was sore & to please be easy. She she bends it left right left while scrubbing extremely hard. I told her again about my ankle & she rolls her eyes and then has an attitude the rest of the time. She was extremely rude and rough with my feet for the rest of the pedicure. I will never be coming back to this salon, ever. The products used are cheap & staff is rude & you can tell they don't care about their customers. All they care about is how fast they get things done. More people means more money. Save you money and go across the street to Art Nails in the Walmart shopping center where they treat you like an actual person. Every time I come here a nail breaks. Every. Single. Time. Idk if it's because they don't use quality products or what. I never have a problem going to my usual salon & I normally get them longer than this. The only good thing about this place is that they are right next to my house. I will definitely be driving the 30 mins to my normal salon. I stopped to get a polish change from this nail salon which I was here prior and got a faucet for $55. When I came in for my polish change they charge me $30 for a gel polish change, which is completely overprice. I understand the prices are going up in the economy I'm 32 years old. This is not my first incident with them with them being completely rude and completely overprice. If I could've given no stars I would. I was referred here by someone I met as her nails were beautiful. I went on their site and picked out what I wanted and drove the 30 minutes to give them a try. I get there and there is a bit of a wait. No worries the picture was worth it. After 20 min the guy up front says to let soak the dip off my bails to which I agreed. Again showing him what I wanted. After soaking they hand me their color chart and i reiterate that I wanted the color in the pic exactly. They all seemed confused after I repeated that this was what was on their website so they had to have it as it's there pictures. We did this song and dance for 10 minutes more where I finally said forget it let me just get a manicure and call it a day. The nail tech was offended and in her language stated she didn't want that. I had my first set with Ryan. He did a great job with the end product but there were some things he did that I didn't like. Firstly, he made it a point to remind me several times to be early and on time for my 8:30am appointment. I arrived at 8. And he was late to my appointment. He finally comes, sits me down and proceeds to prep my hand. Despite my informing him that he was hurting me when he tried to pry the acrylic from my poor nail bed, he told me to watch a video as I was sensitive because I was looking at the process. Anyway he finally gets the acrylic off via this prying method. My poor fingers looked so battered. He then proceeds to apply the new tips for the full set because my previous nail tech did an obvious terrible job. His end product though was amazing! I got so many compliments from those nails. Well I go to have it filled by his counterpart only to realize that not only did Ryan overcharge me for the nails but he also did a terrible applying the nail glue as the nails broke off as I was getting them filled!!!! Place is super clean. Pedicures are amazing especially the different pedicure packages, were you can pick paraffin booties soak treatments. I've came to this place multiple times and continue to keep giving them a chance but today was my last straw they are extremely rude extremely overprice not only that the place is dirty they don't use barbicide they use Windex to D affect their tools you can simply smell the blue solution and tell that is Windex when they are doing your nails if you tell them that they're cricket uneven or however you feel about the nails they get an attitude not only that they think that they're slick because they will file your nails in on the sides where they make them very thin so you have to come back within a week to get a fill ..fill ins should be anywhere between 2 to 3 weeks not every seven days.. I will never return to this nail salon and I recommend you do the same the guy that used to do the best nails in there he is no longer there everybody else there sucks other than the guy at the first table but he's so rude you don't even care how good he does nails... And for the host that sits at the reception I don't know what his problem is but he starts the day with a negative energy anyday... and for their prices to be so high you think the salon will be way more cleaner organized and look way better! read more

Went there two weeks ago, and the nail tech (really pretty, younger girl) had to completely reshape and rework my nails from the last person that had done them! I got an acrylic fill, and all I paid was 18 for everything, even though she probably spent half an hour just refinishing everything before she could even start the fill in. Gave me exactly what I wanted, checked with me frequently to make sure I liked it, and was super nice. The whole place looks great, the pedicure chairs are separated from the nail stations by little half walls to give a little but of space between them, which is nice, and the whole atmosphere was very clean and friendly! My onnnnnllllyyy complaint was that the pink she used for my base colour was a little more translucent and a little too PINK for my taste, but I didn't speak up so I can't blame her for it. read more

Hands down the best nail salon I've experienced. I've been to many nail salons but this one is truly well rounded. Excellent nail extensions, nail art and pedicures. The pedicures here are guaranteed to take away callus and soften feet, after my service I was really impressed with how supple my feet were. You can't judge this place by its cover, looks totally run down on the outside but completely modern on the inside. I was also impressed at how well managed the shop seemed to be. My service was truly a relaxing experience that will have me coming back as a regular for years. There is instrumental harp music playing in the background and the place is infused with the smell of lavender. The massage chairs for pedicures are by far the greatest! Everyone immediately makes you feel comfortable as soon as you come in , customer happiness is a central focus here and you can tell by the careful attention to detail and personable touches.
