They identified additional things to be done (fringe repair and remediation of faded color), which I wanted to leave till next time for budget reasons, and there was no pressure to do the work now. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation. When we later received the quote by email, they did not provide the quote that we requested. They quoted only one job -- the price for installing vinyl tile in the kitchen. We thought that was very odd. We would have been happy to work with and support a local company but they didn't really seem interested in the work. Maybe the job was a bit too small for them.
