This equates to the truth being the sale is a 3% discount; NOT a 40% discount. Just something to keep in mind so you aren't tricked into thinking you are getting a 40% discount. You are not. He was incredibly patient, allowed me to choose multiple stains to sample on the floor, and even talked me through my decision the night before I planned on getting the job done to make sure I would be satisfied with the end result. And honestly, the end result was absolutely perfect! His team did careful and detail oriented, yet highly efficient work. They were thorough in pulling out large appliances and sanding underneath, and when appliances could not be pulled out, they were meticulous about getting right up to the edge with the stain. We thought that was very odd. We would have been happy to work with and support a local company but they didn't really seem interested in the work. Maybe the job was a bit too small for them. Other than Tom, who came out for the quote, and the installation crew (on time and cleaned up after themselves), the management, professionalism and communication from this company was extremely disappointing. 10 months after the installation, the floor separated in the same place as previous (the entire reason they had to pull up the flooring "correct the issue" and reinstall). Our project manager and co owner, Paul, was horrible. Too much to type regarding him and our issues. He never returned calls, texts or emails regarding this or other issues. We had a little back and forth initially from Josh, the owner, but then radio silence. No one has come back to our home to see the issue and no talks of fixing it have taken place.
