After checking out multiple solar installers I meet with Green Muscle Solar and Brandon came to my…read morehouse and explained the install process and the breakdown of the cost and answered every question I had thoroughly and detailed. He broke down the cost of the system and how the rebates would work and made sure I got the best deal possible! I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. Honestly if you're looking for solar installers the Valley area Green Muscle Solar is the only company you should go with!!! They are beyond amazing and so great at what they do and knowledgeable. Beyond helpful and just honest and hardworking! They were super communicative dealing with scheduling and working with our busy schedule and planned vacation to help us get the system installed and up and running!!

After doing some research last year, I decided on purchasing solar. I narrowed my installer options…read moredown to three and got quotes from all of them. I decided on Green Muscle and was extremely happy with the entire process. Somehow, they had excellent customer service, excellent pricing, AND we were happy with the outcome. Andre and Paula were fast to respond and very communicative. I can't remember the name of the guy who was in charge of install, but he was awesome too. My system has been up and running for a while now and we couldn't be happier. Our APS bills are already way lower than last year and we haven't even hit summer yet. I actually think our system will pay for itself even faster than we thought. I highly recommend them if you're interested in solar!

I started the process of getting a solar system in August 2025 with Verde Solar Power. We had a few…read morehiccups along the way, but Dean worked with me to correct the issues. Fred and his crew showed up and did a very good job of installing the equipment. The latest hiccup was getting the approval from the county. Apparently, they are backed up big time. After some back and forth communications with Dominic, my project manager, he was able to get a temporary meter for me. Lisa showed up to install the meter and we were able to work through the final installation and power up procedures. It is now working and I am very happy with the results. The system powers my complete home, garage, and shop. We have had a few cloudy days recently (no rain to speak of :-( which is disappointing), but the panels have still produced enough power to charge the system, so it provides power most of the night. A little patience has paid big dividends and I congratulate Dean and all his crew. Dennis

I signed a contract with Verde Solar Power on July 8, 2025…read more Granted, it does takes a while to get everything coordinated with APS, but Verde Solar had to return twice to correct errors. Once to put the inverter in the correct location and then again to rewire it correctly after APS inspected it and rejected it. I finally received Permission To Operate from APS on Dec 23rd, 2025. Unfortunately, I had a malfunctioning inverter. After two months of calling Verde Solar, finally getting a technician to come out, told it needed to be replaced and then being told they were waiting on the ticket, I finally took it upon myself to call the company that manufactured the inverter. I was told by a supervisor who after careful searching informed me that no ticket had been submitted for the serial number of my inverter. I asked them to call Verde Solar Power regarding this case. Two days later, on March 5th, I had a replacement inverter from a different manufacturer. The replacement inverter was a used one which was acceptable as long as I received the full manufacturer's warranty. However, for some reason, Verde Solar Power no longer had administrative access to this inverter preventing them from correcting the warranty dates or even indicating me as the owner. As of this date, April 15th, they still have no access. Meanwhile, I again took it upon myself to also contact this company directly. What followed was a month of chat lines, emails and sending documents to prove I was indeed the owner of this particular inverter which had recently been installed. During this period, VSP never called me to give me a progress report. I always had to call them, and always received the same message... "They were working on it." With zero assistance from Verde Solar, and with major effort and persistence on my part, the replacement inverter is now registered under my name and address, and the warranty period has been updated. My system is working well and I am receiving APS credits, but it took 9 1/2 months of constant texting and calling to get my system to be fully functional and properly registered, ...VERSUS just "completely installed." I will not be dealing with Verde Solar Power again. It is unfortunate that their previous professionalism and earlier success seems to no longer be applicable. Run. Run far away…read more The solar system PUR Solar sold us has been a nightmare. Over the past six years, we've had five panels (of 30) and/or microinverters fail. Initially, they honored the warranty and replaced the defective units, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Things changed when another set of panels failed, and it took them six months (not exaggerating here) to replace them, and during that time I was told the delay was due to the panels being "stuck in customs." I later found out those panels had actually been given to another customer. When I confronted them about it, the owner, Travis, literally called me and yelled at me. I told him that in the 30+ years of having my own business, I have never once dared to yell at a customer and was shocked at the lack of professionalism. Now, yet another pair of panels have failed, and instead of helping, I was told to contact the new manufacturer myself and "work something out" with them. Apparently customer support is a thing of the past. The not so funny thing is that they didn't even have the sense to offer new panels. Panels cost about 50 cents per watt. A new 400w panel costs about $200. To make matters worse, the panels they installed have degraded badly. After only six years, the system is producing roughly 75% of the output it originally generated. Most modern solar panels degrade at about 0.3% to 0.8% per year, meaning after 25 years many panels still produce around 80-90% of their original output. And I'm not the only one. My neighbor has had similar issues with PUR Solar as well. If you're considering solar, do yourself a favor and find another provider, preferably one that installs higher quality equipment and treats customers with professionalism and respect.
