After reading these 5 star reviews I knew my car would be in good hands. All that suspicion started to go away. The customer service was great, they explained everything they would do to repair my vehicle and a time estimate when it would be done. The reason they are getting the five stars though is that I did not expect my car to be done by now and in very good condition after they completely fixed the damage done to my rear end of the vehicle. I expected to get a call like next week. The reason I'm ecstatic is because you might not know but I did not take a rental during the time my car was being repaired by Glassburn. I was offered it by the insurance but because I had 2 other vehicles I said no thanks. I sort of regret not getting that rental now, since I went through 2 cars that had so many issues in the three days my car was being repaired. So as you can all imagine, when I got the news my car was completed today I jumped for joy. Ben at Glassburn surely made my day by letting us know the vehicle was done earlier than expected. Plus it looked brand new and they really took care of it. They cleaned the car inside and out and my wheels were all sparkly. I highly recommend coming here if you have an collision repairs needed. They have always made sure to take such good care of me/my car in every way they can . I was in an accident in 2019 where I was rear ended . They did all the work through insurance at that time . I call , they say absolutely bring it back , we're going to figure this out ! Well , this time it was due to the installation of my backup camera done recently ! They had ZERO obligation to help me let alone cover the cost ! Had they required payment I would have been out of a car honestly . They not only fixed the shop's mistake from the backup camera , they cleaned the ENTIRE inside of my car to get rid of the mold & mold smell . They didn't ask for a dime , & even after apologizing 500 times honestly didn't one time make me feel bad ! The "repair" started to rust so I contacted progressive to get it repaired yet again. When I picked up my car I noticed this glass sitting in my back seat, unwrapped, digging into my door armrests. Not very cool I gotta say. Zero communication about this, or anything really other than the day before it was ready to be picked up. Their manager came out to see this and started getting really pissy when I called them out for failing at every aspect of their business. He really didn't like it when I told him to go fuck himself either and then he got up in my face and threatened to have me arrested. Mind you he was preventing me from leaving the business at that time. If you need work done on your car and your options are Land and Kenny or a groups of rabid raccoons with a few tools, I would go with the rabid raccoons.

I would never recommend them for any service again. They look to cut corners, place liability of their inability for repairs on sublet and their customers, are discourteous, and continually provide false updates on the repair status (very inconvenient when you are planning your day around when they will have the car ready, while also caring for two small children around their 'updates'). I would only recommend this shop for people who enjoy getting the run around, being belittled and repeatedly mislead, and needing a repair lifetime warranty for a place you wouldn't step back into again. 1/5 , would put 0, but it's not possible.
