Good experience with Keen's and do recommend. Service requested was collision repair. Customer service side was good in communication and working with the insurance. They did a quality job and will be my go to for collision repairs if needed again. A couple of parts took a bit to get in and had to bring the car back in for a new wheel that was scratched up. This place is awesome. I have been going here for years for body work on my car. When my front bumper was damaged they let my buy my own and bring it in because it was less expensive, I was a poor college student and was really trying to save. Last time I was in for an estimate for some scratches I had on my back bumper. One of the guys came out, took a look and let me know what they would need to do and gave an estimate. They are very quick, fair and don't try to rip you off. Good guys that do a great job. This is the place I always refer people who need body work done of their cars. You won't be disappointed. Keen's is definitely a trustworthy auto body shop. They do great work and are not trying to "nickel and dime" you for everything. Very friendly and fast service. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because their whole shop is filled with cigarette smoke. The waiting room/office is directly connected to the garage and the smoke carries over. I had to wait for about an hour and my clothes and car smelled so bad that I got a headache. Luckily, I don't have asthma or any other respiratory issues, but I can definitely see where that could be a trigger for someone. The smell didn't go away for quite a few days. It's a great auto body shop, but I hope they are more considerate of their customers and stop smoking inside the shop. read more

About two months ago I went to Keen's Body Shop to fix a scratch. I picked up the car the same day. I followed their instruction and did not get a car wash for 30 days. 30 days later I notice some issues with the paint job, and brought the car back. They redo the paint job at no charge and it looks really good. Turns out the guy who usually does the paint was not around the first time but he was this time. Also I decided to leave the car there overnight instead of picking it up the same day. I appreciate the prompt and ethical service I received at this shop. read more

Unbelievable! I had to get my front left mirror replaced (perks of living on a campus-area street). I swung by Keens about an hour to their closing time to get a free estimate, and the man who helped me out (Jay, if I remember correctly) was friendly and hilarious to chat with. He said it wasn't a problem that it was so close to closing time and that he'd take a look at it. He had me pull around the side and replaced my mirror for me on the spot as I already had the replacement piece with me. I was in-and-out in just under an hour; he was thorough, honest, and took time to show me the some tricks as I was interested in the work. He even buffed out the scratches on my door from when my mirror was swinging around. The best part- when I asked him what I owed him, he said NO CHARGE. That kind of generosity and kindness is rare these days, and I will be telling everyone I know to go to Keens if they need any auto body work. THANK YOU!!! read more

Ok so this may not be the best part of town, but it's got fantastic service. They really do a great job. My car had a bunch of long deep scratches on it (the result of parking it on a not so safe street) and they made it look better than new. Jay (I think one of the owners) was such a pleasure to work with, was extremely friendly, and honest (quite important in this business). They dealt with my insurance directly and made it super easy for me. I would recommend them to anyone needing some body work done on their car. I read the reviews so I went to get an estimate for two things (wheel well guard and small bumper ding that popped out the rear bumper) was concerned it might be a lot, based on other states I have lived in and when insurance was paying. Dave Keen was great. Friendly, honest and up front. And the quotes were way below my expectations. the work was done in one day, on time and is excellent. even washed my car after. I LOVE this place! They're a AAA approved shop - and now I see why! My car was parked on High Street and was hit - my front bumper came off along with some important pieces parts to my headlights, my window washer fluid container, and air box. All these were replaced with high-quality parts they ordered for me! My insurance covered the costs, but from what I saw the prices were very reasonable. VERY sweet employees, EXCELLENT customer service! Their speed was very reasonable, just make sure to call ahead to confirm that your car is completely ready before you pick it up (for example, if they say your car will be ready by ___ time, just call immediately before you leave to pick it up - just to make sure). They even took my car radio "pop off" gadget off while my car was in their lot in order to ensure it wouldn't be stolen!!! I was pleasantly surprised that they even fixed my car horn! My car now "beeps" again when I lock it!!! They did a very thorough job, very trustworthy business, GREAT people! This shop reminds me of my hometown car shop, it's not "frilly" on the outside, but don't let that fool you! I'd recommend this shop to anyone! read more

I went to Keen's Body Shop / Collision Repair in Columbus, Ohio and noticed at first glance that the staff was very friendly and willing to work with me on my damaged door to my vehicle. I asked them for an estimate, which was free, and asked them when they could fix it. They told me to bring it back on Tuesday, and I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday with the door fixed and painted - and I cannot even tell it was damaged at all. Keens body shop , in columbus, is so good as reviewed in my case. I dropped my card for door change and they did it accordingly after 10 days but they said only 5 days when i had left my car. I asked them to touch up front side of the car but it was not done. Also, after repair, i still feel air sound coming through narrow gap from the repaired door side. I was surprised to the peak when i saw one rubber was outside elevated but it supposed to be inside near bottom area of the front glass.. Overall, i was disappointed though i paid good amount of money for repair. read more

I had a very small paint chip on the side of my hood. I went to four shops seeking advice and an estimate before going to Keen's. One told me that they would have to paint the whole hood for $800. They couldn't do a spot repair. The other shops told me that I shouldn't paint the whole hood. They recommend doing a spot touch up. Also, they told me if the touch up didn't look good, I would have to pay the full amount to paint the hood. I was not happy until I went to Keen's. Keen's told me that they would recommend that I paint only the spot and not the whole hood. They told me that they would only charge a third of the price that the other shops wanted to charge for the spot touch up and if I wasn't happy that they would deduct the money that I paid and count it against the price of painting the whole hood. The price for painting the whole hood was one half of the price that the other shops wanted to charge me. Extremely fair. Keen's did the spot touch up for the price that they quoted. I cannot tell where the spot was. They did a great job. Also, they were so nice. Keen's made me feel at home. The main thing is that they did a great job and saved me a lot of money. I will tell all of my friends about this place. THEY ARE GREAT. THANK YOU. read more
