Second time, they closed down after someone tested positive for COVID-19 but never updated their site so I was left wondering about no-shows two days in a row and had to call/text them instead of the other way around. This time, I booked a pickup between 8-10 a.m., and they said they were stuck on the highway and would be a little late. By noon, I had to leave. I returned and they still weren't here. I did get an invoice around 1:30ish, and the couch I requested for pickup is gone. So they did get here and were polite via text. I'd still recommend them, but definitely don't plan your day around them arriving. Keep your phone handy. I'd still recommend them though!
