I had Don Wan for my fill today and was completely satisfied with it. This is incredibly high praise coming from me. The shaping was exactly the way I said i wanted it done. I haven't had that happen in years! Another technician did some beautiful spring flowers while the most entertaining polite 4 year old girl passed the time with me. While the official closing time was 7pm, they spent an extra 45 minutes ensuring a quality pedicure as well. I normally love this place but... I haven't been to get my nails done in a few months, when I go here I normally have Mindy the owner work on my nails I love her! But today I went in and they seem to be having a new girl working there, and she was the one to do my nails today. She's younger and VERY rude!! At first she seems OKAY, not very friendly. While she was doing my nails I had asked her to fix something and she had a huge fit and stared to tell me that it was my fault and so on. This experience was one of the worst and I know now when I go back I will NEVER let her touch my nails again!!! read more

I've heard wonderful things about this place so I decided to try it out for myself.... big mistake! First off they open at 10am on Sundays but no one was there. It was 10:15am when I arrived! As I was about to leave two people showed up who were extremely rude. I should have left then but I decided to still give them a chance. After picking out my color I waited for the girl to start and she was extremely rough! I asked her multiple times to please be gentler but she wouldn't. Then went it came time for the gel polish it was the wrong color!! I told her immediately that it was wrong and that I picked a teal color and not a pink color but she wanted to argue with me and tried to continue to paint my nails. Long story short after being treat poorly I will never go back! My nails look horrible now and actually hurt!! read more

The dirtiest nail salon I've ever used. When I got in my car I sanitized my nail and ended up with an infection in the cut I got from him ruffing up my nailbed to apply the tip. I will never use them again. Not sanitary at all. Beware!!!! read more

Walked in for pedi, on a busy day. Accommodated us within reasonable time, but didn't fully remove old polish before applying new. Didn't cover whole nail with polish and didn't clean up painted cuticles. My toes didn't need trimming or filing, so I would have expected better polish job then I could have done for free. read more

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I have been to this place a few times, and never been horribly dissatisfied. But my last experience was the final straw the man who was performing my pedicure was to interested in the soccer game that was on the television to even give me a proper pedicure, I'm talking not even a basic foot rub, he acted like I was not even a living person, he never even acknowledged that I was there in the chair..then when it came time to paint the toenails he walked away and had the woman come over to finish me off,(at the time she was in the middle of doing a manicure on someone else). To my dismay she slapped on one coat of paint, also not the color I had previously picked out, I didn't even get a top coat. She quickly walked back over to the patron waiting for her to finish her manicure. I was horribly disgusted with their services, the whole debacle lasted all of 15 minutes... I sure wish Icould get paid 35$ for 15 mminutes of horrible work. I work very hard for my $$ and I like to be satisfied when pampering myself.. please save your $ and skip this place. read more

waited over an hour without an appt, they let others who also were walk-ins go before me because they were regulars. couldn't do the simple ombré dip i wanted, filed my nails the incorrect shape after simply asking for square, accidentally painted wrong color first, wrong color glitter, filed my cuticles painfully, worst nail experience of my life. never coming here again. read more

Went in on Sunday and had a pedicure and also had a fill done, felt it was super rushed. I left feeling unhappy about the service I paid for. Sure enough today 3 nails are broken and the rest are chipping away. My pedicure is still in good shape though. I'm new to the area and trying to find a good place, I will not be returning. The pedicure was okay, but I won't go back. The employees all spoke English well enough, but they were laughing and joking and yelling to each other across the room in a foreign language the entire time. Would have been nice to enjoy the massaging chair and foot massage in peace and quiet instead of wondering who/what they were laughing and joking about. read more

OMG I thought a pedicure would be relaxing! They charge $25 and no massage for my feet and toes? Very rough, not only do they file your toenails but your skin too. I will never return. I didn't even want to give them one star but I had to in order to leave a review. read more

I have never had a bad experience with the owner "Mindy" she is very good at what she does and fast! I am always complimented on my nails. She is available anytime I need to come in and always tries to fit my schedule NOT hers! Everyone in the shop is very nice and always greet me with a smile when I come in.
