When I called he was so nice and said he would tow my car for $145.00 which I agreed to. He gave me an approximate time in the morning when he could get down here and answered both times I checked on timing. It was my battery so he jumped the car and only charged $50.00 for the service after driving from Tucson. He was so nice, friendly and more than fair. Jay went above and beyond. When he realized his tow truck couldn't reach the vehicle, he hiked back in on foot to assess the situation. The solution? Jay spent nearly three hours digging us out by hand. My father, who is 82, was unable to help physically, and Jay's determination, patience, and problem-solving truly saved the day.
