Worthless! I called in to tow a car that was illegally taking up my parking, but never showed up. Called twice afterwards and each had very different excuses. First, asked me to request the tow again through the property manager which is unnecessary. Even once that's done, in the second call, she told the manager didn't call, which I explained that he did in front of me. I run security for a multiple apartment complexes and condominiums in Tucson. I had used ANB towing for any of our needs and necessities no longer. Knowing that I've been a client of theirs for years, they left me stranded in my own vehicle for two hours. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone at their office I was told that they would call me back as soon as they could contact their driver. Another half hour went by with no call. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend them in anyway. Never got the call back to let me know when I should expect the driver. so I canceled and went with bronco. DECEMBER 16th, my car was towed on my 21st birthday while I was out with friends and left me stranded the next day when I got there I waited 3 1/2 hours for my car and was told " that's the perks of owning a business" by this nasty woman in the picture. Terrible terrible. I'm a teenage girl with a very obvious teenage girl car, the color the stickers etc who parked for 20 minutes outside of my friends window at 11:30pm in an unsafe location. The fact that someone who knows it's a teenage girls car and tows it at that late at night, when there's sooo many other cars that could've been towed, is so beyond dangerous in this area. DO NOT park anywhere in Tucson or they will snatch your car like a thief in the night and leave you stranded with all the scary men who roam the streets at night looking for young girls. On 9/15/19 they illegally towed my car from The Herbert Apartment complex at around 10:30pm. I woke up the next morning and came out to find my car gone. After speaking to management, I was told nobody called any towing service. So I called the police to report my car stolen. Turns out A&B Towing towed my car without the permission of my complex, which they are legally required to do per their contract with my complex. My complex manager called and gave them a scolding, and they said I could pick it up for "free" since it was their mistake. I had to take a 20 minute $15 Uber and was late for work and inconvenienced, because they decided to illegally tow and steal my property. When I showed up they told me I was getting a no charge "courtesy release". Not really a courtesy when you stole my property. I would recommend reading the contracts you have with Properties before illegally stealing people's cars. You could get into trouble eventually. read more
