Last month I took my iphone 8 to a local competitor and had a mediocre experience. Long story short, in 3 hours and for about $150 I got a new screen but my speaker and screen camera did not work.. touch pad did not work well with a screen protector. The made the speaker work but I did not notice the camera until a pending face time job interview at which point I popped the protector off and the screen shattered. Today, in 30 minutes, and for $100 I am writing this from the repaired phone and could not be happier! I got great service, EVERYTHING works and the cost covered a new screen protector. Sincere thanks to A-Z.. I start a new job tomorrow and I was certain a Sunday repair would be unlikely or horribly slow. THIS is the place to go with a broken screen. read more

1/6/18 Update: In the store again. Have been told since last night the boss would call or email us. Now we're being given the bosses email and we have to contact him. We are not allowed to have a phone number and the employee cannot contact the boss directly. There is a gentlemen in here that was also in here yesterday when we were. Guess what, his phone which worked before he brought it here for a screen replacement also doesn't work now. 1/5/18Literally in the store right now. They have had my phone for two days to replace a screen for $125. All of sudden now they are saying the battery is fried and needs a new battery. The battery was 100% fine 2 days ago. They have also called and said it was a circuit board problem, then called and said no it's a battery problem. Absolutely ridiculous. So now they want another $45 to fix the battery. I just don't understand. Running up the bill is what it seems. Or they don't know the problem and just won't tell me. Either way I'm really sure they damaged the battery somehow. Worked great when I brought it in. Not too mention there are parts to my phone laying everywhere on the counter. No ESD measures being taken. They have rubber mats but not using them. read more

Apent $30 on a glass screen protector, he had to do it twice with my curved screen and even mentioned that there was one bubble but it was the best he could do. It was literally so miniscule I could barely tell. Looked good when I left, I even tipped him. Got the phone out to my car and HE NEVER REMOVED THE OLD SCREEN PROTECTOR. Of course it was after the mall had already closed. I left it alone until I got home... Took a look again and there was glue liquid all over my (brand new mind you) phone. The top left corner of the protector was already raised and I had to peel the new screen protector off completely. I'm thankful that the original was still on, otherwise I'd have to go without until I could take it to t-mobile. Of course it was after the location had closed and they don't offer refunds. This is the 2nd time I've been burned by this company. Fool me once... Don't. Go. Here. Also advice to the company, don't offer the service if you're employees aren't confident in doing it. read more

Honestly not thrilled on the service I received. One week ago, exactly, I shattered the screen on my iPhone 7. I brought It in same day to be repaired and was charged 120$ which I thought was reasonable. I also purchased a glass screen protector just to be safe. Flash forward one week exactly (today). I was texting and all of a sudden the Led lights went out leaving colorful streaks on the whole left side. Since this was totally abnormal and out of the blue I immediately called A to Z and explained the situation. They told me to come by with my phone why would be happy to "take a took and take care of it". Upon arriving I spoke with the gentleman behind the counter and he said there was nothing that could be done for me because it's "internal damage". That it was caused by one or two reasons. -damage from me dropping it, pressure on the screen, or getting it wet (NONE of which were true) -OR the screen that was repaired last week was faulty. (2 out of every 100 is faulty according to the man who was helping me..) So since the screen is faulty and it's been one week exactly, I was under the impression they would fix the issue at hand considering it came out of the blue and sure doesn't seem like a coincidence to me.. I was informed that once the LED does goes out and it becomes internal damage there is nothing they can do for me except replace at a discounted rate...which really upset me because I had just spent 120$ one week previously and they wanted to charge another 50$ to replace the lights. They told me that I should have brought it in sooner before it had been internally damaged and a new screen would have been covered by their warranty. Unfortunately I had no signs of knowing there was anything wrong with my screen until that exact moment. I spoke in depth with the store manager as well explaining the situation and he seemed uninterested and with a "get it fixed or don't, I don't care" attitude. Very unhappy with: -the fact that there was nothing wrong with my phone before having the screen repaired. -being told that the screen they sold me a week prior could have been faulty. -that I "should have brought it in sooner to be taken care of" -and having to pay another 50$ to have them fix a mistake that was made on their part. Definitely feel like I was scammed out of another 50$. If they had any integrity or morals they should have replaced their mistake free of charge. read more

I went in to have the home button replaced on my iPhone 4. The guy behind the counter was so great. He took my phone and said he'd gladly replace my home button for $55, but that he could do a quick fix from the updated software. He showed me how to get a 'new' home button on my screen from the phones general menu. He did it for free and saved me the cash of replacing a home button on a phone I'll be replacing in a few months anyway! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and HELPFUL! Then I asked him about why my phone wasn't resetting and he showed me how to push the button a little harder and do it. Again, free advice. I was headed to the desert for the weekend and wanted to get a cell phone case. Theres no doubt I was in a rush. I walked in and the girl was on her phone. There was no one else in the store. I did a quick look around when she finally comes to ask if I'm looking for anything. I tell her that she can finish he phone call because I'm looking for a couple things. I find it extremely rude to be talking to your family about nonsense while you're at work. Anyways $100 just walked out the door because the employee working found it more important to have a conversation with her sister than to tend to a paying customer. I won't be back here to say the least. The owner got in touch with me immediately and was able to help me find a reliable case while I was still in the mall. Went to get my screen fixed and in the process they caused my phone to become disabled and when I went to the apple store they had no way of retrieving any data. Everything was lost. Failed to mention it to me that they would cause it to be locked and I wouldn't have access to the phone anymore. Don't go though this third party. read more

I took in my LG G3 to get screen replaced and the total price I paid for the replacement was $130. I went in to pick up the phone and everything was fine until about an hour later when I started to use my phone the screen started to move as the glue wasn't placed all around the edge. Don't go here to get your screens repaired unless you want to have to go back and pay the same price twice. read more

Don't even want to give them one star. So unhappy with this place. I had my Samsung galaxy s7 screen fixed there in February. Paid $260 after tax. And now here we are 5 Months the later and the screen came lose in the upper corner and now my screen has black and blue spots all over it. I called a to z wireless and spoke with Sally and she told me they couldn't help me because it was past my 90 days even though I have my receipt. Not helpful at all. I tried going to my phone company (sprint) to see if they could help me fix it but they couldn't because now my insurance on my phone is VOID because I let a third party work on the phone. So here i am stuck with a broken phone AGAIN and no way to get it fixed unless i want to pay almost 300 dollars again!!!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!!! Came in to replace the phone screen on my mom's iphone 7 plus. There was a crack across the phone. My mom comes back after a couple delays when he said was gonna take "5 minutes." As soon as she got it back she realizes that the touch screen no longer works. I come in to see what happened and they claimed that it was already broken. Then he starts blaming me for going to them and claiming that there was no crack on the screen to begin with. They refuse to admit that they broke the phone and the guy actually insults me by saying I'm not seeing the logic in his reasoning. I come in for a simple phone screen replacement and now the touch screen no longer work. He tries sending me to another location to get it fixed but I still need to end up paying for their screw up! Never go to their store. I rather live with a cracked screen than letting them ever touching it. read more

I have used them once before for a damaged screen for an iphone 6s. They did such a great job with it the first time, I figured I'd give them another shot. I told Amanule what was happening with the phone and he asked if I leave the phone up to two hours - he wanted to make sure he could duplicate the issues I told him about. He quoted me $65 for the repair. I agreed and headed out shopping. He called me within an hour and told me that there wasn't anything actually wrong with the phone screen - I just had too much protection and it was putting pressure on the screen. He didn't charge me anything and sent me on my way after he removed the glass covering. I appreciate him not taking advantage of me and I plan to be loyal to this group! Well done Amanule! read more

I am impressed with this store and their employees. I have used them twice now and the service gets better each time. The first time they were the only store I found that had a screen for my IPhone 5C on the spot. Not only did they repair that phone quickly and perfectly, but they did so at a very reasonable price. Today I went in hoping to fix a different iPhone 5C that my daughter bought on Craigslist only to find that there was no sound. It was a POS that she got scammed on and was unable to be repaired due to previous poor repairs. The tech worked on it for over a half hour trying to assist us. Sadly, it was not to be. When he finally gave up I figured I would need to pay something for his time and effort, however; he refused my money since he was aware she got scammed. I didn't get his name, but he was wearing fake green contacts as part of his Halloween costume, which were hurting his eyes. I hope they feel better There are a lot of companies that have lost the art of customer service. I am glad to say, this is not one of those companies. She showed me to the wall display. She was so helpful and very sweet and eager to provide great customer service. I was only there for a case and I Left with a screen protector and car charger. Great customer service ! I went to many stores to fix my LG G3 phone which stopped working all of a sudden, after many trails finally I went A to Z wireless which was far way from my home. The technician ( Danny ) quoted me 2 hours time to diagnose it, he cleaned the whole phone twice but it didn't work. Later he put an original screen from store phone which worked on my phone perfectly. They took my screen and gave their screen absolutely for no cost ! Free service.
