He Simply Acted As Though There Was Nothing They Could Do! They Messed Up My Phone and Then He Said You Can Leave It a Guy Will Check It Out. So I Leave My Phone For 6 HOURS! And They Did Nothing and Said "Oh The Parts You Need We Dont Have You Will Have To Wait 4 to 5 Days To Get It Fixed" Even Though They Ruined It! Horrible Business and The Lowest Quality Of Work. In less than an hour we had the phone completely fixed, a new tempered glass screen protector on two phones and all for less than the deductible on the IPhone insurance. This place is amazing. They provide fast and efficient service and try to accommodate you even when they are swamped with work. My MIL broke her iPhone 8 Plus screen. I took it to the AtoZ team in El Cajon mall. There are three customers ahead of me and they have an initial estimate of about 2 hours. But the repair was completed in 45 minutes and the screen looks great. Definitely a cheaper option to fix your phone. read more

By far the worst place I have ever gone to, employees are very rude, and the store isn't ran right, there is apparently no manager. I got a screen put on my phone the other day and it broke to the touch an hour later, and they will not cover it, they barely speak English. Do not go to this place, you will regret it! I would not go here. After coming here 3-4 times because my phone was broken by them multiple times, I was still really patient and understanding. They broke my home button, 2 screens did not work, and I was still willing to be patient. But today, after being lied to multiple times about the employees name, him telling us that there was no manager (when there was one), and his rude comments to us, I feel completely disrespected. I was refunded and given back my previous apple screen, but that still does not justify this horrible costumer service. There is no need for a company to treat you with disrespect when they are the reason your item is not working. This company does not treat you well and only cares about the money. They even went out of the way to email us saying that we should take the bad yelp review down because they gave us a refund. DO NOT SUPPORT!!! They have the worst customer service ever. I came in on the 9th and told them I need the camera fixed on my phone by the 18th because I am traveling out of the country. I was told it would be there 5-7 business days. I called on the 16th to ask if the product had arrived and was told no and they would check with the manager for a tracking number and give me a call back. I never received a call back so I called the morning of the 17th and was told the same thing from the previous day. I went to the store and made the guy call the manager in front of me only to find out my order was never ordered. I did not receive an apology or anything just got my money back and now I will not be able to use my camera when I go out of the country tomorrow. read more

All of these repair shops are hit or miss on wether or not they break your phone or fix it. I took my girlfriends phone in for a repair and they gave a new screen, but the screen they gave her was horrible quality and glitched a lot. On top of the screen glitching it broke with a temperature change from an AC car to Arizona weather. We replaced it again and it worked even worse. The screen was extremely hard to use as you needed to press with a lot of pressure to even scroll. On top of the screen. It working they managed to break the circuit for the home button. Now with a broken home button and the harness slightly broken we now need to go pay even more to get the phone fixed. This place has horrible repair service and even worse customer service. I asked for the technicians name and had gladly told me it was "sam" which was a complete lie as I emailed the company only to see that his name on the receipt was far from it. They are only looking for money in this shop, customer care and loyalty seems to be in the bottom of the list. I would recommend you same yourself the hassle and use Apple of any well trusted repair shop with good customer service and high quality screens, you will be much happier. A total quantity over quality establishment. To Indian man working behind the counter, he will rip you off. read more

Honestly this place is not the best. When I went to get my phone fixed for one it cost like $130 bucks, basically spending all my money I got from my promotion. The second is I have to pay $20 for a screen protector like tf. And then when they gave it back to me I swear my phone was on a all time high. It was saying the date was 1967, it said all this other shit that didn't make any freaking sense. And when I went back and told the dude about it, he did something I forgot but ya. But a another reason why I don't like it is now my screen is dark asf. I noticed that when I go to the beach and my brightness is ALLL the way up, I still can't see shit. My son cracked the screen on his Note5 phone today. He was quoted $85 by Zach to repair the screen and he agreed to this. He came back a few hours later and Zach told him that while taking the broken screen off, he (Zach) broke the Liquid Crystal Display by accident. Now the manager named Tyler tells my son that it will cost over $300 to repair the phone and that my son has to pay for the damage THEY caused. My son protested and they reduced the cost to parts only for $200. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I have called them twice and no one will return my call. They finally answer the phone and I'm told that the manager has gone for the night and there is nothing they can do for me. Why would anyone do business like this?! read more

Went to A to Z wireless today with my Samsung galaxy s7, I dropped it and the volume down button was stuck and resulted in my phone being stuck in "safe mode" so I couldn't use any downloaded apps so this was a major inconvenience for me. I showed it to Tylor and he said he could fix it, so he wrote me up a drop off form and said I could come back in 30 min to get it. I walked around the mall for a bit showed up a little early and he was already done and had fixed the button. The price was verrry reasonable and I will be coming back in the future if I need repairs again, as well as recommending to anyone who needs a repair. Thanks Tylor! read more
