After some research I called and asked for same day availability which was fast. Once I arrived the lady (she was manning the store by herself) started working on my phone. I had cracked glass running down the entire back of my Galaxy Note 10+. (wish i got a "before" pic. It was bad) I wasn't even sure anyone could repair the back. Even if they change the motherboard, battery, I would just say yea go for it. Days after, there's still no call from them with my broken phone, went back there to follow up. They've written water damage on a sticky note on top of my phone... It's like going to an autoshop to get your car fixed, ends up with another nail in your tires, but yall already know what's up. Total of 12days, So I decided to just pay them for the diagnostics. If they've did their diagnostic right, I wouldn't be leaving such comment. I had a bad situation with an insurance repair where they fixed my cracked screen and gave it back to me still inoperable. They closed my claim as successful and said to make another claim to replace the phone because the motherboard had to be replaced and would lose all data. As a 1person business owner, all my business contacts would've been lost because i hadnt saved it to my sim card. Over 2000 photos as well. Oops... but i was sure something could be done... After fighting with the insurance company, they finally recommended a place in Cupertino that would take care of me. I drove 90 minutes in heavy traffic to make it there by 5pm and the lady straight up left early and the other associates weren't being helpful at all... so i told them to FUCK OFF! Then I found Abdul at A to Z... he told me he would try his best to save my data after I explained the situation.. even knowing I was going to pay out of pocket... but it was damn worth it. I asked to replace the screen that had just been replaced just as a 2nd try and it still didn't work. So he confirmed the mother board needs to be fixed. They found the problem and fixed the phone. Even though it took a week, they were able to save EVERYTHING! I gave him a BIG ASS HUG in which he was surprised! Lol. TLDR: Don't go here, especially if you have any kind of Google Pixel. Phone was returned to us in worse condition than when we brought it in. 3+ weeks in and the phone still isn't fixed. We brought my wife's phone here for repair through a Square Trade Warranty. Problem: Pictures are blurry and expanded battery. The first person we talked to actually was great and seemed to know what he was doing. The situation was that they were going to replace the battery, then see if the camera issue was just caused by that, and go from there whether or not the camera had to be replaced. After that it's been terrible service. We only found out they were ready for us to bring the phone in (parts had to be ordered) because we called them days after we were told they would call us. We took the phone into the shop around November 13th, and got it back December 2nd. While replacing the battery, they needed to also replace the screen. They claimed they fixed the camera, but when we went to pick it up, the pictures were still blurry. We have no idea how they thought they fixed the camera, because they never asked for the passcode, so the camera could never have been tested. Not only does the camera still not focus, but now the phone's speakers are all messed up and my wife can't take phone calls without using headphones. Even when we went to pick the phone up the person at the counter seemed confused from the very beginning (took around 5 minutes to somehow find our phone?), but he said they would need to keep the phone again for a few days, so we left the phone at the store again. I called a few days later since we'd gotten no new information (though we were of course told we would get a phone call), and it has slowly unfolded that apparently there's only one person who can work on Google Pixels there, and he hadn't been in, and they were basically just trying to stall us until he randomly shows up. After finding that out I went and got my wife's phone (because she needs it, we're in the middle of moving) and we were told we'd receive a call to let us know when he was in to fix it and with more information. Of course no calls over the next several days, so I call to see what's going on. We're told the specific person will be in on Monday coming into the office between Noon and 1 PM. Cool, we call around 1 PM and of course he is not there yet. We get a call at 3:34 PM saying that he's there until 4:30 PM if we want to come in. At this point we are already talking with Square Trade and will be shipping them our phone. We were promised many calls by the shop staff, but never got more than a call in the middle of our vacation saying the phone was ready (which we would find out later it wasn't actually fixed). The only time we ever got information was when we called them (which was hit or miss: the call would go to a full voice mail, we were put on hold and hung up on, or actually answered), or went in person. read more

I explained to them what happened and that I dropped my phone and despite not cracking the screen at all, the screen still "fizzed out" and stopped working. Great spot to trade in a used phone. They don't give the best trade-in price but they do a quick analysis and quickly tell you what your old phone is worth to them, doesn't take long. Negotiate a little and then see what happens. If you don't like the price walk away. Bring in all accessories with the phone too for a slightly better price.
