iFixers were able to fix my busted iPhone 3GS screen! THANK YOU iFixers!!
    Jennifer C.

Thank God for places like iFixers iPhone repair to clean up my mess after a crazy drunken night. I've put my iphone 3GS through hell and back. Once it ended up swimming in the toilet and this past weekend, I dropped it one too many times and cracked the screen. The phone still worked fine, but who wants to look at a cracked screen!? Thanks to trusty Yelp, my friend Michael Paul C. was able to ease my fears and told me my iphone would be fixed by tomorrow (Sunday). The iphone repair guy was super fast at fixing my screen. Done in 30 minutes. The first screen he gave me had some glitches. It wasn't registering my touch on the bottom right hand portion of the touch screen. Never fear! The guy replaced it for me quickly with another screen and peace of mind has been restored. Minus one star coz we had to drive back to get another screen. In conclusion: iFixers saved my 3GS yet again and i really, really, i mean REALLLLLYYYY need to learn to keep my iPhone in my purse on those crazy drunken nights. Quick tips: Check in and get 10% off! 45 day warranty on all repairs done. :)

To fix an Iphone 6 screen would be just about $130 - that's with tax included. Came out looking pretty good! Beats having a cracked screen, that's for sure. :) They also offer a 90 day warranty for any defects in their material or their workmanship. I took off a star because i found out Apple actually charges $109 plus tax. I feel like i would have had a better peace of mind having it done directly through the source, ESPECIALLY if it is even a couple dollars cheaper. But that's just my two cents. The home button also now makes a little clicky sound after i got the phone screen fixed, which it didn't originally have prior to getting the screen fixed here. Not yet sure how much that will begin to bother me.

The "new" battery that lasted me 3 months after I fixers replaced my defected one. LIES

Fixed my ipad model 11 within a week and at a great price. He texted me every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with their work.

I looked up my safari browser history and found all these porn sites on here. Also my computer was pretty dirty when they returned it so that's disgusting. I do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else with actual professionals that won't use your stuff after for their own personal use. Some where that's more than a group of polite guys that can repair things. After replacing my motherboard, why would they need to login, set up a password and the proceed to use my computer to look up tickets and porn? If they had to make sure things fully worked, I would have appreciated a factory reset. So instead I did a factory reset. I suggest anyone that got their items fixed here do the same just in case. Some red flags for sure. -------------------- 3.5 stars - I brought my MacBook to Califix after it suffered water damage, fully expecting it to be a total loss. At first, they weren't sure it could be saved either, but they took the time to take a deeper look--and I really appreciated that. They discovered the motherboard was fried and were able to replace it, which saved me from having to buy a whole new computer. Their team was friendly, professional, and communicative during the repair process. I was told that with a new motherboard, it would be "like a brand new computer," so I assumed setup would reflect that. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, I found out I couldn't even log in--there's a password still on the system, and I was never given one. This has been incredibly frustrating since I can't access my own device. To top it off, I also noticed a chip in the trackpad that wasn't there before. While I truly appreciate the effort they made to repair my Mac at an affordable price, these oversights really impacted my experience. I'm hoping they'll help resolve the remaining issues quickly.

I couldn't even turn it off to restart. Trying to get my breathing under control, I didn't quite know what to do. Everything is on the phone. It's not like I can call anyone. Write a letter? H. E. L. I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.

Staff: friendly and responsive Cost: about what I expect…read morefor a technical service and in a high cost / high wage area Service: I brought my phone in due to expanding battery to get a replacement. It had no operational issues at all, the only issue was that the screen had started to separate from the frame and they diagnosed it as a swollen battery. Phone is just shy of 2 years old, so no warranty but also plenty of life left so I opted for the battery replacement. I was told it was easy, no issues, come back in 1-2 hours. When I first picked up my phone, it worked completely fine for ~15 hours. However the next morning the screen just went dark mid-text and there was nothing I could do to get it on. I did manual power cycles etc, no response. I was pretty sure the phone was still on because it would heat & cool like it was processing. I returned and they made it clear if it was just a loose connection it would be free, but if it was another issue there'd be a charge. Turned out to just be a loose connection, no charge, and I picked it up a couple of hours later. Only this time, within 30 minutes of getting my phone back, it had frozen & rebooted 3 times. Fairly light usage - just Google Maps to navigate home during / to avoid traffic. I immediately turned back around and dropped the phone back off - was told it wasn't anything they did but they would try to diagnose it. The next day (Saturday) they never called me with an update and it was getting towards lunch so I called them, since they are closed Sunday and I didn't want to be without my phone for that long. They said they had run a stress test on it with no issue but shared nothing beyond that even when I tried asking for specifics about what the test is, how they knew it didn't reboot, etc. I picked it up, no charge. The phone worked for 5-6 hours and then had reboot issues. It stabilized and worked again for ~5-6 hours then had reboot issues. Throughout Sunday while they were closed, the phone froze and rebooted about every 30 minutes on average. I was so fed up and needed my phone to work and they were unwilling to deal with the issue. I ended up purchasing a new phone, but can't get a refund or even partial refund even though my phone worked fine before they opened it up and now is all but unusable. If this was a significant risk of the process, they should have stated that. I would have bought a new phone ($600) vs replacing the batter ($240). I am incredibly frustrated with everything about this process and won't use them again unless it's the most minor of repairs like cleaning a charging port. I won't let them open up another phone in the future that's for sure.
