Ali was upfront with me about the odds of full recovery and the associated costs. I just needed to repair glass cover which he showed me on Amazon for $7 (in fact 3 protectors for $7). I told him that most people won't do what he did. He said something like "it's just money, we won't take it with us in the end.". My jaw dropped. It's really hard to find really honest people in this day & age. Avoid this place. Went to get my laptop charging port fixed, the man at the front counter said he could fix it after ordering the part. He said 150 for the price. 3 days latter he said he got the part in but my charging cable got stuck in the port and he had to rip it out of the computer to free the cord. Then he ordered another part since he broke the part he just ordered. 4 days later he called me again and said that he had fixed it. I came by to pick it up and he started to say how many hours he spent on the computer and that he put so much labor into it and that it might cost more than he originally said. Then I pointed at the screen and showed him that there was no charge for the battery. Once he realized he didn't fix the computer he tried to say "oh the mother bored was bent" and that he could fix it for a higher price or I could accept the computer is not fixable. I had then reminded him that he's the one that pulled the cord out of the charging port and broke the first new part he ordered, and when I brought up that he's the one that could have damaged it he got super defensive and said this brand of computer is shit and that I would still have to pay 100 (another discount) after giving me a "deal". After being forced to pay I noticed that he didn't even put my computer back together properly. I have stripped screws and other screws that have been put in at an angle and now my computer has a big gap in it. I called him and he was no longer at the office with a sign in the window saying that they will be back at 235 and I waited around for him until 330. Please do not lose money at this establishment. Seems he thinks that I still got "a deal" Ps.... After he showed up and I showed him the striped screw he told me that it was already broken. It was not already broken. read more

They also do not fix the chips in house but honestly it's a very good deal and cheap compared to other options out there.
