My fiancé, family and myself have been seeing Jose (the owner) at this shop for a long time! (8 years) The shop is very clean and organized. Not to mention the environment is fun and they always have music playing. The work is always immaculate and he won't start the tattoo until I am completely satisfied with my piece (placement and design included.) Everyone at the shop is great, however Jose will forever be our tattoo artist. If you're having a hard time getting through the piece, he is very patient and down to take a break! My friend and I had heard good things about this place so we decided to walk in to get some more information. We were greeted by Josh who was helpful and agreed to do our tattoos. He was quick to sketch some ideas and accommodated both our requests. He offered excellent advice about tattoo size, placement, and design. We learned that Josh has been tattooing for 15 years and his execution of tattoos is testament to his knowledge. This was our first tattoo experience and Josh and ATM Tattoos made it a great one! Went here to get some small, blurry tattoos cleaned up. Very friendly staff, beautiful work, nice clean place ... but ... I was charged 3 1/2 times the price quoted. I think it may have been a translation problem since the artist did not speak English and another member of the staff was translating for him but just beware when you go here. Get the quote in writing. I would not have had the work done had I known the true price, it was much more than I could afford and it's not like you can return a tattoo after it's finished. read more

Went yesterday for a tattoo and was told I was 20 min past the phone call time and had to be re-waitlisted. Even though I have the voicemail transcript and text to friends inside waiting that are time stamped 18 min. The voicemail says I had 30 min , I arrived in 13 and was turned away. Also followed through the shop like I was not supposed to be there. I am not forcing anyone to take my money. But that was shitty service. The work and talent on my friends was amazing. I'll admit the owner himself seemed to be concerned about the issue when brought to his attention and even had some good ideas as to fix it himself. I was pessimistic seeing as a couple misspelled words often ruins the whole tattoo...so over the next few weeks I left countless messages/emails in an attempt to set up an appointment with him. All went unanswered. I figured a month/month and a half of trying to chase him down was enough. You don't have to be a business owner to know right from wrong. Before I say anything else I'd like to stress that I have no experience with the tattooing aspect of this shop and cannot give any review, positive or negative, to most of the artists. I'm from out of town and the storms the last few days have been giving me migraines like I can't even describe. This was the closest shop, and it's got a decent rating, so in I went to get a set of daiths. It took a good 30 seconds for Jose and Jessenia to get the needle through both times. The last time I had a piercing done this poorly it permanently altered the shape of my ear. Jessenia tried to give me a 14g replacement bar for my 18g industrial. I asked them to please tighten the jewelry as much as the physically could, because I've had a lot of experiences of not being able to get it back together if something happens. Hell, I've had ends come off and end up so far in my ear canal that they wouldn't come back out. Had to go to the hospital over it. Well guess what just happened! Anyways, I'm off to the ER. I actually had a good experience with literally everyone in this shop except for one woman working with an artist. Everyone else was so nice and welcoming, making sure everyone was comfortable except this one woman. She was so rude to me, giving me dirty looks, rolling her eyes at me, making snarky comments for no apparent reason, even while I was getting my tattoo. It kind of ruined my entire experience at the shop. My artist was good but I don't think I'd go back. read more
