I did not feel he did a thorough inspection of the residence. He rushed the inspection as if he was going through a checklist, and simply there to do the minimum, CYA, collect your money and get out. He was not investigative about issues, instead, he was superficial, pointing out only the obvious. He did not communicate with us. Any questions we asked were met with generic and snarky responses, and at times it felt like he was mocking us. I am a seasoned real estate investor and I recognize the boundaries an inspector is required to maintain. A good inspector engages with you to make you informed about the asset you are purchasing. Dean Limbaugh did not live up to that expectation. I regret that I will not be using his services again.
