Murphy did a great job for me and actually ended up inspected two homes for me during my journey of buying my first home. He was very thorough and caught many problems with with the first house he inspected for me. I was uncomfortable with the types and number of problems he was finding so I ended up walking away from the deal. I recently had a home inspected by Murphy Critelli and I was so pleased with his work that I hired him to inspect the 2nd home that I was looking to buy! Murphy found multiple problems in the roofing, plumbing, foundation, electrical, and HVAC units in the first home so we decided to cancel the contract due to his findings. The second home that Murphy just inspected today had a lot less problems. He is very, very thorough and knowledgeable and you can ask him as many questions as you like.
