After that, he responded 4 days later with an estimate of about $300. That was a hefty quote, so I had questions such as what type of cushions (size) and the quality and color of vinyl that would be used on the chairs. Could I pick it? Five days later, he responded that he had some vinyl left over from a job he did and would send pic of what it looked like. Well as of this review, he never sent the pics. I ended up ordering the padding, getting vinyl and doing the job myself. The communication was pretty poor in this case and i felt that the estimate was a bit pricey, but I was still going to go with it. Oh well, I just took it as a sign of maybe I just did not need to pay to get this job done.

After I worked 5 days rebuilding and refinishing my 122 year old door, the holes needed hiding to make the door completely beautiful. Greg put on his magic touches and bingo! It is perfect. Thanks! Sherrill's had excellent reviews (and a good number of them, too). I stopped by their shop with one of my cushions and photos of my sofa. One look at their shop and also a complex project they were working on told me these people know what they are doing. It was organized and professional. In short order, they gave me a price that was right about what I had expected. Pick up and delivery when smoother than smoother, the sofa was done right on time and the work is impeccable. While Vitian was initially friendly and helpful, this turned out to be a truly awful experience…read more When they came to pick up our furniture, they scraped our door frame--an early red flag. From there, things only got worse. She kept our furniture for nine months and in all that time only completed one of the three pieces. Even worse, she started that one piece with the wrong fabric, which meant there wasn't enough left for the other items. I called regularly--every few weeks--and was met with excuse after excuse. When we finally got the "finished" piece back, the quality was disappointing. The fabric pattern wasn't aligned, and it was not completed as we had discussed. Then, to top it all off, she tried to charge us even more than originally agreed, claiming it was "more work than expected." In the end, we had to take our furniture elsewhere: one piece to be fixed, and the other two to be done from scratch. It's incredibly disheartening to have such a poor experience, especially when trying to support a small business. I absolutely would not recommend.

Two wks later, we get a call telling us the glass was in but when we went to get it, no one could find it! Still no idea what happened but they said it would be reordered. From that point on, we called and stopped in every few days but were always given one excuse after another. Customer service was nonexistent, they NEVER called to update us....it was always us reaching out to them. We heard that it would be in on the next truck, had to be special ordered and would be in the next week, would "probably" be in by Friday, had to be special ordered by a different supplier and (my all-time favorite), at nearly 2 months out, it was on back order!! Glass finally arrived 8 weeks after order was placed. No apology, no discount, no offer of any kind, just here's your glass. Had planned to install during September or October weather but obviously, with the weather now, we get to go more months without a window. How is this place still in business? Utterly unprofessional in every way possible. If you choose to order here, be prepared for your project to remain unfinished for months.
