From there, things only got worse. She kept our furniture for nine months and in all that time only completed one of the three pieces. Even worse, she started that one piece with the wrong fabric, which meant there wasn't enough left for the other items. I called regularly--every few weeks--and was met with excuse after excuse. When we finally got the "finished" piece back, the quality was disappointing. The fabric pattern wasn't aligned, and it was not completed as we had discussed. Then, to top it all off, she tried to charge us even more than originally agreed, claiming it was "more work than expected." In the end, we had to take our furniture elsewhere: one piece to be fixed, and the other two to be done from scratch. It's incredibly disheartening to have such a poor experience, especially when trying to support a small business. I absolutely would not recommend.

Five days later, he responded that he had some vinyl left over from a job he did and would send pic of what it looked like. Well as of this review, he never sent the pics. I ended up ordering the padding, getting vinyl and doing the job myself. The communication was pretty poor in this case and i felt that the estimate was a bit pricey, but I was still going to go with it. Oh well, I just took it as a sign of maybe I just did not need to pay to get this job done.

They will claim that they will give your full purchase price in trade. They don't tell you the caveat that the rug you are trading for must be more expensive and of a style that is popular at the time of the trade. We own four of their rugs. We no longer have a use for one of them. We tried to trade it for a less expensive rug for the kitchen dinette. They told us that would be impossible, and besides, green is no longer popular. They were supposed to have some custom samples made for us, and four years later we are still waiting to see them. We have dealt with Royal Gallery of Rugs for over thirty years. We thought we had a good relationship with them. Not!
