(10 am to 1:00 pm on Friday the 19th) I tried to answer every call I received in that time range, but never heard from the estimator. At 1:54 pm while I was on another call, I received a voice mail from the estimator that he was on his way to the property and should be there by 2:00. I called him back at 2:03 and was told he was already there and had left. He would not return to the house and told me to call the office to reschedule.

There was a sign that said window tinting is cash only but nothing about a credit card fee. They told me they would call me when the car was ready. Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already. Sure enough, every interaction with Maeson was professional from setting up the appointment, confirming it and showing up on time as scheduled. The work that Maeson and his partner did on my car was top notch! They thoroughly cleaned every inch and it looks like new! They even washed the outside too which is something that is not always done by bigger companies when you get the interior detailed. They brought all of their own equipment to my house and this was all so convenient that I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I happened to see their ad.
