Overall horrible experience took my car here thinking they could fix it after I hit a deer. My car was older but still runs fine, because the insurance company deemed the car not economical to fix based on its value, they refused to fix it even though I was willing to pay out of pocket. Due to a couple mishaps out on the road, this shop replaced the same fender on my new car in Jan. 2016 and Dec 2015. This is an excellent place if you are looking for professional, friendly, honest and timely service. And they stand behind their excellent work, I believe for the life of the car. I highly recommend. I'm not an expert on pricing, but it seemed the prices were about what you'd pay for this caliber of work. Not outrageous in my opinion. read more

I worked with Vision over this past summer. I was side swiped and had a pretty bad gash across the side of my. Vision not only did a fantastic job making fixing the gash, they detailed my car after the car was repaired.... They cleaned the outside, picked up the garbage I had inside my car, vacuumed, treated the leather seats, washed my windows, wiped down my dash, washed my tires... THE WORKS! I felt like I was driving a new car again. I would HIGHLY recommend Vision in Haslett (I never worked with the other sites) if you ever needed body work done. read more

Couldn't ask for a more honest business. I got rear ended in an older car and the gal who hit me was willing to pay. I took it to Vision for the estimate. They wrote up the estimate and put the bumper back in place free of charge. Just them pulling the bumper off the exhaust made the car look 100% better. They explained to me that they are more than happy to fix the car but recommended not to worry about the limited damage as long as I was okay with the small ding in the back. So they made the car look 100% better and safe to drive but wouldn't take a dime of my money for the repair or estimate. Great, honest people! I will always get any body work done here and tell everyone I know to do the same! read more

To start - I wish I could give this place negative stars. I brought my brand new car here because I heard good things. What a mistake. It was pretty damaged from a collision with a deer, and it took them around 3 weeks to get it back to me which was understandable I suppose. What wasn't understandable was them claiming they had fixed everything, but hours after getting my car back - an error appeared and it became undrivable. I brought my car back there shortly after and they said they could fix the issue. The same day that I dropped it off the second time, they called me and said the issue was fixed. A day later, it occurred again. I called them and explained the issue, for them to tell me that it wasn't on them at this point. I called my insurance company and they said they have to wait for shop to call them. It has been a whole week and I have not heard a thing. I had to resort to going to another dealership and paying out of pocket. 100% would not recommend this shop. Completely unprofessional and does not do the one job they are there to do - fix a vehicle. read more

My family has been Vision Collision's Haslet customer almost from the time they opened. When we have car problem we do not even consider any other place. This is the best place. Period. Every time they fix our car problem we are just amazed how professional, high quality their work is. They truly change your bed situation into positive one. We have been always dealing with Phil Zwolensky, who is now a manager so, as much as I believe all people working in Vision Collision Haslet are great, I can only talk about Phil. And I can just tell you that if people working in service companies were at least half as professional, caring, nice and helpful as Phil is, our lives would be so good and easy read more

Our insurance suggested Vision Collision Haslett so we decided to get my mom's Jeep Compass towed after the right front tire was bent hitting a curb. There were many parts damaged internally that caused the vehicle to make really loud noise. Before I pick up the jeep, I paid the deductible and signed the documents assuming everything is done. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot the Jeep starting making some noise, I called right away & took the vehicle back the next day as they requested. Then I was told that they need to another diagnosis that will cost me $85 unless it's related to the accident. Regardless if it was related to the accident or not, any repair or body shop gives you 30-60 days or sometimes lifetime warranty in case something wasn't done properly. They made me run around auto repair service's because they forgot to mention that they only do body work but works with other auto repair shops for mechanical work. I was so frustrated that I gave up and got it fixed out of pocket after paying $250 deductible (my insurance paid $480). I later found out, after speaking to one of the managers, since they don't have mechanics, they drove the jeep WHITLE IT was damaged to an auto repair service in Lansing instead of getting it towed which caused more damage to the Jeep. I would never ever consider going back to this place or suggest it to anyone else. Any auto service center I have been to has always told me that if the problem occurs in the next month or two you can bring it back and we will resolve the issue unlike them not charge you another diagnosis fee for the same issue you brought the vehicle in in the first time. I'm beyond disappointed with their lack of honestly, professionalism and blaming the problem on my insurance instead of taking responsibility for their actions. read more
