Unfortunately, someone had dumped a few railroad ties on the road, and I was unable to avoid them. My left front tire was shredded and the rim badly bent, but I was able to get the truck off the side of the road on the shoulder. A minute later, a NM state trooper showed up, got the junk off the road, and came up. He had responded to a report of road debris, but obviously, too late to help me. I called the U-Haul emergency line (excellent job by them as well), and they dispatched Tow Broz. Being in New Mexico, there are long distances to cover, but Dominic Trujillo showed up at the ETA he'd given and went right to work. In less than an hour, he had removed and replaced the damaged tire and rim, and being extra careful, retorqued all the wheels. He clearly knew what he was doing, was professional, courteous, and competent. Put simply, he did an outstanding job, and I give him my unqualified, 5 star recommendation.

My bus had some special issues and it wasn't a simple straight forward tow and they stuck with it until the job was done well. Billy especially was great. I wanted to know about everything that was going on so I could be able to take good care of my bus in the future. He really went out of his way to explain everything to me. All I needed was to have my vehicle towed to the dealership to be fixed. I called Anaya and they said they could have someone out right away. Josh arrived promptly and was the nicest most helpful person. My driveway is tricky and icy in places, but he was able to navigate the way and get my car loaded and off to the dealership for service. So...my car battery decided to die way east past East Mountains area and I was honstly panicking…read morewhat to do. I had some obligations to be back in town and it would be really bad if I didn't make it back on time. I was thinking of ditching my car and taking a rideshaew back but Uber and Lyft did not service that area...so I was quite panicking not sire what to do. But...then I realized...I had AAA...so I called/left them a request for potential battery Jumpstart and possibly a tow service back to ABQ. I was quite nervous because I wasn't sure how long it would take being sort of far from the metro. The quote AAA gave me was one hour before the service person could shown up at my place. But then...10 min in after placing my request Manuel from Tavenner's Towing called to clarify the place I was. He reassured me he was around the town nearby and would arrive in around 5 min! You wouldn't believe how grateful I was. Once Manuel got here..he helped take a look at my car...and we found we could get my car's battery jump started. Then, I would be able to safely drive back to ABQ (never turning my engine off again since if I did..my car likely wouldn't start again) and not needing the towing service. I really appreciated Manuel's calmness and professionalism. I was so glad he helpeded me on the day I truly panicked! Thank you! I have so much appreciation for your services, your time devising for me some basic education and plan for my car's battery and what i could do as a next step, and would really recommend Tavenner's Towing service!
