They call your number when your food is ready and you pick it up at the counter. There's a large array of sauce bottles so you can grab your favorites to take to the table. I was a little concerned about the sauces that usually need refrigeration just sitting out on the counter, but the bottles themselves were cold so I guess they figured out some kind of system to keep them chilled. I was...frankly disappointed in the tenders. They had a very strange, slightly cakey breading (rather than crumbly/crispy) that got soggy and soft very quickly. They reminded me of Chili's chicken crispers, which I really don't like. Ranch improved them some but I don't think I finished a single tender. The fries were frozen-fried crinkle cuts and needed a scoch more salt. I skipped the slaw. I enjoyed the hush puppies dipped in ketchup! Very oniony. Overall, nothing super objectionable but just didn't wow me too much. If I return in the future, I'll try some barbeque instead.
