Come hungry!! Check out the massive pulled pork baked potato I got!! I was only able to take down half but it was good. I prefer the potato to be cooked a bit longer but with all those toppings, it was hard to notice. I also was tempted to get the deviled eggs because I love deviled eggs and they used a particular brand of pickles I love. They were delicious but a bit skimpy on the filling- I like it more like a mound overflowing. Still delicious though. Service was good. I enjoyed the casual but clean environment. read more

Decided to call in for take out this time and arrived to an empty drive thru line and let the drive thru know I was there for a pickup order as I always do and was told I had to come inside. It was 37 degrees outside and the place was empty at 4:30 in the afternoon. The gentleman working the drive thru said I had to come inside. Every other location accommodates me at the drive thru. Upon entry the gentleman gave a blank stare and look if I could care less to be at work. I presume he takes joy in his power at the drive thru. Spent thousands of not 10,000 dollars plus over the years here as a family. Will consider taking my business elsewhere. Truly a sad experience. This would have been a 1 star review if it was based solely on the cashier. If I owned this establishment I would definitely put her somewhere where she didn't interact with my customers (and perhaps not even that). It isn't good to have a cashier who tells you your party is rude for asking for a cup for a child. She was like talking to an inanimate object prior to telling us how rude my son in law was. The manager is the only thing that saved this at all, he was polite and friendly. The food was ok, a little bland for me, and they don't really have a selection of bbq sauce. I'd go somewhere else, it isn't worth the interaction with the cashier that will ruin the meal. read more

This is my second visit to this location. I was not a fan the first time but my sister loves this place and wanted to go while we were visiting the area. Staff is great here. Despite everything going on due to the pandemic, the staff was helpful while I was trying to deal with a cranky four year old. I ordered the bbq chicken (dark meat) with fried green tomatoes and Mac and cheese as my sides. I remembered getting the baked beans and coleslaw last time and not liking either option. Food don't take long to come out and the tomatoes are fried when ordered so they were fresh out the grease hot. I realized during this visit that the sides can make or break your meal because this time I enjoyed everything. With a pinch of salt, the Mac and cheese would have been hall of fame good. The tomatoes were excellent. Not too thickly sliced and seasoned well. The chicken was good too. I love the dollop of chow chow that comes with every meal. So glad I went back. read more

Our first time there was on Sunday- today- when they first opened. Immediately when we entered they were all really friendly! The cashier was very helpful with us ordering for our fist Time here. Sometimes it can be a bit intimidating for older folks , to order somewhere we've never been. She made us feel comfortable and made some great suggestions. The food came out hot and quick. It was really good. I got the brisket bake potato and he got the brisket plate. Only downside was that it was super expensive for us. I mean $45 for two. That's all. Maybe we'll order something on the dollar menu next time nah. They don't have one. But it was good. By the time I was getting close to finishing the potato, I was extremely full and getting tired of it. It's big y'all. It's actually two baked potatoes! Key lime pie , OMG. The key lime pie was one of the surprising highlights of the meal. It was creamy and delicious, definitely save room for the pie. The nachos were also fantastic, the white sauce made them even better! I loved the white sauce on the onion rings too. The onion rings were also fabulous, thick corn meal coated hearty onions, very filling.I had the spare ribs and they were very good , nice white meat with delicious sweet barbecue sauce. I have definitely had way better ribs but I would get these again and again! The sides I had were also top notch , the baked beans were delicious. The cole slaw was very different then I am accustomed too , from Philadelphia, but I loved the vinegar based slaw! I walked out of this place completely stuffed tonight. Though I cannot speak for their meats, their trimmings are amazing. I always have a 3-4trimmings plate because I can never choose just 1 or 2 of their sides. They don't skimp on portions and everything is good. Tonight I got their Mac and cheese, which could've been creamier, but tasted great with their baked beans. I also got their fried green tomatoes, which are large, crispy, and served HOT. The cornbread muffins that come with the trimmings plate are also very good, always fresh, and perfect for scooping up leftovers on your plate. Lastly, you can definitely taste that their sweet tea is made in house, but be warned that it is definitely for those with strong sweet tooth's. read more

What do you do when no one wants to grill out, you meet your mom and Aunt in T-Town for lunch. This location was in the middle for the three of us. We've all visited different Full Moon locations and had good experiences. Today was no different. It was not as busy in the inside as the parking lot suggested. We were able to walk right up to the cashier and place our orders. We all chose the Rib Plate which consisted of four bones and two sides. My mom and I had the Potato Salad and Baked Beans and my Aunt had Coleslaw and Onion Rings. They do not skimp on the portions. We all commented on how much food we had and how we had leftovers for later. My mom always ask for the "small pieces" when ordering ribs but unfortunately she didn't think that's what she received but still enjoyed her meal. My Aunt also ordered the Chocolate Pie which was not sweet enough to her liking. We all thought maybe it was made with dark chocolate. Overall a good visit on a Memorial Day.
