I was so impressed with the complete diagnostic breakdown they sent that included each price for each repair, and ranked the repair by color (green, yellow, red). When the long list of repairs were made at an extremely reasonable price, the truck ran like new! It seemed to be in great condition. We just (July 2021) moved my daughter to Florida in the same truck that now has 265,000 miles that actually pulled a U-Haul the whole way. It made it with no problem! After dropping my pickup off and waiting 45 minutes they said they would have to drop the transmission to complete the fluid swap, now charge around $1400 and "that they had no idea they made the transmissions that way" - the truck is 6 years old... you can't tell me as a auto center I am the first '19 Silverado coming through your door.
