He was transparent about pricing, availability and walked the site to talk over things in detail. We worked through some options for what might have to happen if the water lines near some of the plants were too shallow. He also stopped to talk to me when he discovered some old french drains near one of the trees in the front. I appreciated being consulted all along the way to make sure I was involved in decisions. The price was very fair, the work was done efficiently, and I haven't had any issues about 5 months later. In scheduling the work there was issue with one of his smaller grinder equipment that he was open about needing to repair and he kept me up to date on the repair and we worked out a timeline that was good for me. I appreciate tackling a project with a hard worker who has great communication and doesn't hide potential challenges with the environment or unknowns.
