Terry is amazing. I needed my car towed after it was damaged from theft. He asked if I needed assistance finding a repair shop and offered advice on what to do about some paint damage. Since I wasn't home when he towed the vehicle he sent me photos after it was dropped off at the repair shop to let me know he was finished. I can't recommend him enough. Great experience. Looking for a tow truck on a Saturday morning. Tow services closer to me didnt answer the phone. Terry answered immediately, arrived within an hour, was friendly, professional, fairly priced and did a great job. Offered to give me a ride back from the shop. To top it off, he gave me a couple of keychain flashlights at the end. Terry even tried to troubleshoot the problem a little to make sure a tow was necessary and not a waste of my money. I cannot recommend this company enough. My husband's car caught fire last night and obviously it's completely undriveable. We later learned that we had until 10AM this morning to get the car off the street it was on or risk getting a ticket. We called Towing Utah and Terry was there within an hour. Terry was very friendly and good-humored. I did things that should have annoyed him (For example, I took him to a dead end when leading the way to where I wanted the car. I mean, I should know how to get home, right? But he had to turn the tow truck around... He just laughed about it and wasn't annoyed at all.). The price was great and did not increase as I expected it to after the car was more difficult to tow than anticipated (a curb was in the way, the car would not go into neutral, etc.). Hopefully I won't need a tow again any time soon, but if I do... I'm calling these guys! read more

Terry from Towing Utah has been a life saver to me. I have had the fortune to have Terry now twice pull me out of a sticky situations and terry was so professional and just willing to go above and beyond the duty. Getting to know Terry I feel like that's just his character and personality. I wanna first talk about my first tow from Terry. Last year I called almost 35 tow truck drivers trying to find someone to help me move a box truck container which I had purchased, to a different location about 10 miles to be converted to a camper. The situation had been that the box was in the dirt not on wheels. Of all those people Terry and one other person was willing to help. The other tow truck company wanted $100 to just come out and look at it and $250 more to move it. I would have been in it more money just moving it then what I purchased it for. This is where Terry jumped in. He was willing to come look at it and I stated that if it got damaged he wouldn't be at fault seeing how hard it was gonna be to get it moved. Almost 2 hours later and with meticulous maneuvers Terry had my container moved. He only charged me $150. I feel like Terry out of the goodness of his heart lost money just to help me out. What a great guy willing to help when no one else was. Now let's jump to a few days ago. I needed my vehicle towed. I found the card Terry gave me and called him. He was excited to here from me and wanted to see pictures on how my camper was going. I told him the unfortunate circumstance of my car needed towing. He said "ryan I'll be able to get you in a couple of hours before I head home before the night." Terry got me within 2 hours of when I called and like the first time he towed me. He showed up with his little dog and a smile as he got out of the truck. I know this is a long writing but I hope Terry continues to be successful for many years to come because of the way he treats people. He could have easily have taken me to town the first time he helped me move my container but he stuck to his word and only charged me what was fair. Got in a car crash and had to get a tow to help get me to my place. I couldn't move my truck because a piece of metal was jabbed into my tire. They got me to a mechanic shop where they just dislodged the metal piece at no charge then jumped in my car and help with transmission fluid in my car. They are amazing I hope I never have to use a towing service again but if I do I would go with this guy. He is amazing!! read more
