I had no ride...so he very kindly said he'd help me into his truck, which was pretty high off the ground. I said no and called Uber. A few years ago I called a Towing Co. and all was good until I went to get out of the tow truck at the dealership....stairs on truck were even ...no place to put a foot to step out. I held onto the door handle and thought I could do it. I slipped, was hanging from door handle...this slip broke my arm. No help was offered. I scheduled an appointment for Monday on the prior Friday. Unfortunately I was not aware of their…read morepolicy to electronically confirm the appointment, regardless I did receive the reminder text and clicked on the link which did. It work. The end result is if the appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours of making the appointment, their system automatically cancels. Seems like a weird policy to me. In short my appointment was cancelled due to their confirmation policy, but one would think calling to make an appointment is confirmation enough. So you be the judge.
