We had an over-the-top delicious cocktail hour and a beautiful buffet dinner with the best wedding food we've ever had. There is nothing his team cannot do. I wanted an Asian-inspired salmon. They gave me a moist, grilled, glazed salmon that I still think about. I wanted a white vegetable lasagna for my vegetarian friends. They gave me a decadent lasagna. I asked for cocktail shrimp. For a small fee, they brought out platters and platters of the most enormous cocktail shrimp I've ever seen. I've gotten so many compliments on the food after the wedding. Even the two most discerning and honest food critics in my life, my mom and my mother-in-law, had only glowing things to say. The whole night ran smoothly, as Nick's team tirelessly worked behind the scenes in a tight kitchen space to ensure my guests had everything they needed at the exact time they needed it. His waitstaff were efficient and professional. His bartender won over our friends with his awesome sense of humor. At the end of the night, they packed up a box full of leftovers that we took to our Airbnb, and we finally got to eat our amazing dinner. Those leftovers lasted us another week after the wedding, and I was so sad to eat the last bit, knowing we'd never get to eat our wedding food again. This review is getting overly long, but my point is, DO hire them for your wedding or any other event. You won't regret it.
