The manager Steve was very rude and he hung up on my sister who's 61 years old and she was trying to explain how they messed the delivery order up which caused her to not be moved. The worst customer service ever!!! Stay away from this place!!! read more

We had the absolute worst experience with this company. A window in our bathroom was broken while the packers were there. They were the only people in the bathroom from a walkthrough with the new buyers, and when we discovered the broken window. We filed a claim to get that window paid for. It was denied. My husband called to dispute that, and was sent to Stephen. I have never, in my life, heard a MANAGER talk to a customer the way this man talked to my husband. He came in extremely aggressive, asked why we think his movers did it. When my husband explained that they were the only people in that bathroom from the walkthrough to discovery of broken window, he responded sarcastically, "Well I'm still not hearing why you think our movers did it." He brought up the fact that the packers claimed I brought them things from the bathroom so they didn't even pack anything in there. My husband told him that was not true, as it wasn't, and the manager spoke over my husband, told him he was being aggressive and offensive. My husband was being extremely calm for the way this manager was talking to him. He insinuated my husband was a liar in a very sarcastic way. He eventually hung up on my husband. We received a phone call a few minutes later that they were cancelling our move for the NEXT DAY. Our things were packed, they were supposed to load it up and move it the next day and cancelled it at 5pm the night before. We had to scramble and thank God found another company that would take us on such short notice. So grateful we did and that we did not have to deal with this company anymore. We told our realtor about this ordeal and she put them on a ban list. We have never been treated this way by a company. The window ended up costing $164. All they had to do was own up to their mistake and pay $164 to fix it, and they would have gotten thousands of dollars from us from the move. Instead, they made sure we will let everyone know about the experience we had, ended up on a Redfin ban, and lost thousands of dollars. If you want to deal with movers who lied about me bringing them items from the bathroom, and a manager who talks to his customers in an arrogant, demeaning way, go with this company. I don't have enough great things to say about Worldwide Moving company. They were incredibly easy to work with during our move. We had multiple moving delays due to unforeseen circumstances with our new construction home. We had to reschedule our move three times. I worked with Jeff & Lynell who were both extremely professional and understanding. Our two movers, Wayne and Dejuan were very polite, professional, and hard working. We were so impressed by every person in this organization. We cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Do not let them move your furniture. Every single piece they moved is scratched, dented, and even has chunks missing. They treated my $3G La-z-boy couch set like it was being taken to the dump. One worker told me 'I don't feel like picking anything else up!' Another worker got in my face for mentioning they broke a piece of furniture. After they left I realized just how disrespectful they were. They had even pissed in my bathroom sink! Do yourself a favor don't hire these creeps to ruin your hard earned possessions. read more

The movers showed up late, left early, wanted my roommate (who has to sign off) lie and say they were there longer. Not only were they trying to lie on their time sheet, they were terrible packers. They broke many of our items - They broke our computer and our grill. (Two of the items we told them were high ticket items.) How they broke them, I don't know. The legs and the wheels on the grill are broke so the grill won't stand up on its own. Kitchen - They threw all of our kitchen items in boxes without any concern for liquids, fragile items, etc. They packed a heavy blender on top of wine glasses, and the container of bleach broke and spilled over our box of kitchen items. I opened the box and after I remove the blender, I found broken wine glasses, bleach covering the rest of the items in there (food, dishes, etc.). Measuring spoons were everywhere, since they didn't bother to wrap them up together. Bathroom items were the same way. No concern for liquids or fragile items. Most of the bathroom and kitchen boxes had liquids leaking out of the boxes (or had leaked out) or broken glass. There were a few (only a few) boxes that had been wrapped correctly and the liquids and fragile items did not have any damage to them. The bedrooms weren't much better. They dumped our jewelry (which was on a stand or in containers on the dressers) into the dresser drawers. Where are they now? All over the drawers and even in the bottom of the dresser (because we can't get the bottom drawers out). Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc are everywhere. We haven't been able to match up one set of earrings yet. Bunk beds - they broke screws off in the bunk beds and didn't even tell us. So when the movers showed up here to help us set them up they didn't know what to do with the broken screws in the holes. They could drill more holes, but there were no screws either. Furniture - they chipped up our furniture. Most of our wood furniture has deep scratches and large chunks of wood missing. The thing that topped it all off was they used a picture that a child made me as packing paper... (a sentimental picture of him and I), ... which they saw me take it off the wall very carefully to have packed... and they used it as "packing paper". They didn't even fold it nicely to try to cover up that they didn't care about the picture. It was literally wadded up and used as packing paper. read more

They are the worst. Do yourself a favor and runnnn far far away from them. They grossly underestimate the job just so they can get your business. Then they send slowwwww workers to your house who purposely take foreverrrr to finish the job just so they can overcharge you. They sent a tiny azz truck to move a 3000sq ft home. Then they left behind my whole kitchen cabinet contents with silverware drawer, cooking utensils drawer, all my pots and pans, bowls and storage containers. They truly suck!!! read more

The lack of care shown for so many of our possessions is honestly heartbreaking. I've found broken antiques but those can be replaced. My NES and old PlayStations were thrown into a bin without care, but they can also be replaced. Priceless photos from the past 5 years, however, cannot. And that's what I had on the computer your packers stuck in a box with nothing but two sheets and two lightweight twin comforters and a little packing paper on top. No bubble wrap. No packing paper. No real padding. Only the wireless keyboard was wrapped up. It turns on, but only to buffer forever. I can't even get to the log in screen. I've been putting off unpacking more boxes because I just don't want to know what else is waiting for me. read more

We came from overseas and this company was contracted by the government so we had no choice in who we got, therefore, I was very nervous. However, I didn't need to be because they were great. All the men were personable with a positive attitude and my things were handled with care. I see the negative reviews are from a few years back so I'm wondering if the employees I got were on the newer side? I don't know but I sure didn't have the experience that the others had. Now that our household goods have been delivered to our new home, I could not be any more disappointed with how our belongings were treated during our pack-out. Their lack of professionalism was evident from the start. Nearly $1000 worth of furniture and items were damaged due to insufficient packing. The items that were not damaged were literally just thrown into boxes. On top of poor customer service and coordination, were are now left with damaged goods and black mold growing on several pieces of furniture that now have to be thrown away due to their carelessness. We did our best to communicate our concerns but were treated with complete disrespect and disregard by Steve and Lisa. As a military family, we have been through several HHG moves and this one was by far the worst. Do not accept this company for your origin services- had we known what we know now, we would have demanded another company. It was a disaster from start to finish. read more

Pray you don't get A whisco for your military move. They are HORRIBLE at communicating and coordinating the move schedule. After repeatedly telling A whisco we only needed a one day pack-out, we were assured that our home would not be fully packed the first day and then they demanded our entire house be fully packed on day 1 of our 2-day packout, leaving us with an entire house in boxes and nothing to use for 5 DAYS BEFORE OUR MOVE. The way our house was packed was a disaster- entire drawers just dumped into boxes and no regard for how our personal items should be packed. Many items were broken when disassembled and when the truck arrived to our destination there was water damage on several items with mold growing all over them... Furniture scratched, glass items broken. It was so bad we had to trash several pieces of furniture. The GM, Steve, was completely disrespectful when there was an issue with the misinformation we were given on the days we were going to be packed. Lisa, is the alleged "customer service" representative, but has zero customer service skills. We were left waiting for someone to pack an antique clock for hours, they never showed, and the company was absolutely non responsive in dealing with the problem. If you are completing a HHG move with the military demand a different company as this one was a disaster from start to finish. 100% would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I was very impressed with Worldwide Moving Systems and I highly recommend them. They provided me with an in home estimate. I was given a binding not to exceed estimate of $996.77 for my move. After my move was complete I paid $996.77 and not a penny more. The day of my move the base of my standing mirror was broken and due to the contract I signed I elected to go through my home owners insurance if any items were broken. Although this was the case the movers at Worldwide Moving Systems took my mirror piece back with them to MD and had it repaired at no expense to me. Two movers then brought the piece that was broken back to me all the way in VA and put the mirror back together. Now that's excellent customer service!!! They were under no obligation to fix my mirror, but did it anyway. If you are looking for a moving company that is honest, will give you a true estimate, will not jack up the price of your move in the end and will go above and beyond with customer service you will want to call Worldwide Moving Systems for your next move. Oh, and they provide free boxes for packing. Can it get any better? read more

I wish I could give zero stars. During delivery of my household goods, they took my box of hardware and opened it outside. I never saw the box. They kept it near the truck then of course when it came time for them to reassemble my furniture (which they're required to do) several parts were "missing" from the hardware box. They stole random hardware parts from various pieces of furniture so that they didn't have to reassemble my furniture. Just shrugged and left beds and random parts strewn everywhere. They complained when I insisted on them assembling my desk. Two other items were obviously assembled incorrectly and sloppily. I'm so disappointed that on top of all that's going on with an international move I have three lazy grown men leave me in a lurch. I'll need to go out and buy random parts and pay out of pocket to have a handyman do the job right. So sick to my stomach and disappointed by their (poor) work ethic. read more

Awful, Awful, Awful. I used this company in 2008. I'm frankly surprised that they are not out of business. They gave me an estimate and then jacked up the price once they picked everything up. They then were not able to make the delivery on the scheduled date and ended up arriving with my items late in the evening about a week late and unloading until 1AM. The only reason that they even showed up that day was because I had to go out of town the next day and I told them that they would have to put everything back in storage if they didn't make it on time. They broke quite a few of my items and the process for getting reimbursed was insane. They lost one of my boxes and also delivered someone else's box of clothes with my delivery. I returned the box to the original owner, but I was not so lucky with my lost items. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE read more

Movers didn't want to unpack or assemble items per the contract. The lead movers hand had to be forced to do that. Then, they just simply dumped all the items on the floor and said that it was procedure. They didn't put together items that we asked them to. And what they did put together, they did so poorly. They spoke inappropriately about work related issues in front of us. The only positive thing I can say about these movers are they actually delivered the items. read more

If you want to be ripped off use this company. I was given an estimate for moving cross country. It was one of 3 estimates and within $500 of two bigger companies so I booked it. Three movers showed up to my home to pack my 2900 square foot home. Two males and one female. One of the males was cursing under his break about the stuff to be moved. He knew as did I more people should have been there to move my things. I was told my things would be weighed the next day and I would have to pay if over the weight. I was not expecting a call 15 minutes prior to them closing on Friday that my items were a difference of over $4000. They claim they reduced what they could down to $2900 and it was a "keystroke error" and my items were not estimated correctly. I was flying out the next morning and with no other options I paid them. Please head my warnings and do not use this company. They were made aware when I paid that I would be telling everyone I could about their poor service. read more

Our move was over three days as we were selling a house and buying at the same time. I was not able to be there at all so my wife had to deal with the movers by herself.
