That same day we spoke on the phone and all details were finalized and contract completed - a very smooth transaction. My main need was to have one of the members of The Telegram Girl's team dress up as David Byrne and sing "Burning Down The House" - the guest of honor's favorite song. No problem at all! In total, I booked 4 singers from The Telegram Girl to sing at the party - Freddie Mercury (singing "Another Year Bites The Dust"), David Byrne (singing "Burning Down The House"), Dorothy (singing "Over The Rainbow"), and The Scarecrow (singing "If Only I Had A Brain"). Worst customer service…read more Purchased 2 tickets in advance for a Friday show. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and was unable to attend. We called the theater Wednesday morning, hoping to either receive a refund or tickets to another day/show. We recieved no return phone call. We left multiple messages before we finally reached someone, because we called them. We even stopped in the theater on Thursday evening to try to speak with someone (while they had a show going on) and there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for the matter. Finally got a call the following week with the option to see a show THAT NIGHT.... mind you we both work full time.... because that was the "only option"... we had to pass. Now we're out of $50 Thanks for nothing. We won't ever return to your establishment.
