Even the doctors on call that I hadnt met before that were on call during my deliveries had amazing bedside manner. Their NP's that work with the OBGYN's are the sweetest so if you have an appointment with them don't be discouraged! You will love them! Great office staff at both locations as well. I had 2 cycles of the IUI the first time I paid with my card and the second time I paid cash. The receptionist took my cash counted it out at the computer and handed me my calendar and scheduled the insemination date. I left the facility, they use this app where they post payments and changes like a medical file. Everything was correct on my app. They say you can't have the procedure until payment is made in full. I Had the 2 procedures... sadly they failed. I will say it wasn't easy , it was emotionally difficult... Ms. Cheryl Koone was sweet, she's a good provider. They said 1750.00 for the package . With the, the US, the insemination process, and everything else they help you do. After the first failed process I asked them how much would it be to do the process again they said 1750.00. In total for the two I gave them 3500.00. I then start to receive bills saying I owe them for the IUI procedure. I called to talk to the manager the financial advisor and they told me I never paid, then they said they found my credit card payment for the first one , BUT THEY COULD NOT FIND MY CASH PAYMNT. I literally cried but I think it was the hormones... I tell them to look at the cameras ! Check them I was not lying! They made me doubt myself. I know I paid because they would not schedule me without paying in full that's THEIR POLICY! they give you a purple small bag with the papers and the cup for the semen sample. During hormone treatment you feel the worst, and it was worse knowing they lost my payment and now they wanted me to pay again! I reached out to them no response other than they will look into it! Never heard from them again. I did see a message /email that THEY ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS... of course. I'm asking for answers, what happened, the footage of me at the counter. If they could help me have a baby keep the money!! I'll pay it all over again! I'm sad that my dreams of being a mother for the second time has failed, but now this nightmare of all these messages that I owe they close to 2800.00. For the same thing I paid for! ASPIRE FERTILITY PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT! don't play with a hormonal woman's emotions, and a endless road of infertility... it's heartbreaking... maybe I have a case?

She believes in Body Autonomy, so you're informed & involved in your decisions instead of just being told what you should do. I felt that if I needed something and was unreasonable she would be clear & direct protecting her license and helping you help yourself. Now...I won't say it's a fast in and out. The long waiting period was in the waiting room the 1st time I went but it was also a mid afternoon appointment. My follow up appointment, I scheduled the 1st appointment of the day and I was in and out. If you're looking for a great GYN, look no more.

They are able to handle injuries well, efficient with what type of paperwork needs to be filled out. She was showing clear signs of increased work of breathing, including belly breathing, visible retractions, and complaints of chest and back pain with breathing. Her heart rate was 151, her respiratory rate was elevated, and her oxygen saturation was around 93%. As her parent, my biggest concern was how quickly her condition could worsen, and the possibility of her progressing into respiratory arrest. A paramedic had previously noted wheezing, yet Dr. Patrick stated her lung sounds were clear and did not appear concerned by how hard she was visibly working to breathe. I suggested that albuterol might help open her airway, but he told me it is only used for people with asthma, and no breathing treatment was offered. During the visit, he asked if she was up to date on her vaccines, and I answered no. After that, his tone noticeably changed, and the interaction no longer felt objective or supportive. When I explained that I would prefer for her to be seen by my clinical professor, who specializes in pediatrics as a nurse practitioner, he responded by saying there was "no such thing" as a nurse practitioner specializing in anything." At that point, I made the decision to leave. As I was walking out with my daughter, he made a comment in the hallway, in front of staff, saying "maybe you should vaccinate your kids." That was unprofessional, inappropriate, and completely unnecessary. As a nursing student, I have been taught that medical professionals should leave personal biases outside of the patient's room and remain aware of their own biases when providing care. In this situation, that standard was not met. Instead, it felt like my child's care was influenced by judgment, and the comment about vaccines was thrown in my face rather than handled professionally. I spend a significant amount of time in clinical settings shadowing nurses and have seen a range of bedside manners. Unfortunately, this was the worst bedside manner I have personally experienced. Parents bring their children to the ER expecting professionalism, compassion, and objective care. I left feeling that my daughter's respiratory distress was minimized and that the overall interaction lacked the level of care any patient deserves. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience with him. That said, this review does not reflect the practice as a whole. The nurse, paramedics, and Debbie who helped me were all amazing, and I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism they showed during a very stressful situation.
