A perennial weed that broadleaf weed chemicals won't touch. It has rhizomes (bulbs) in the soil which makes it extremely difficult to get rid of. It came up in 4 days after install when I was watering daily. My yard is ruined and this will be ongoing for years. Many other pieces did not have any grass at all. I am 4 weeks into this mess and it keeps getting worse. Dual Citizen Landscape told me to mow it. Be very leary, they are capable of ruining your lawn.

After taking pieces to a different grass distributor, the half pallet i bought was actually TifTuf, sold as Celebration. And the 20 pieces i took later were actually celebration. I texted with them and they said come get 20 pieces of tiftuf. I told them to confirm i would not be charged, i could bring them back their celebration- they never confirmed and never responded after. Disappointed.

He was even able to come out that same day. He repaired our system and then gave it an overall inspection. In that inspection he found one problem that needed to be fixed right away so he did. This repair required him moving some border brick and the rocks behind it. When he finished that repair you couldn't even tell that he had done that. I loved that he cleaned up after himself and made the repair look like new. He even provided an analysis report and estimate for future work that either he could do or we should do ourselves. I think he did a great job and for all those things we don't want to do ourselves ... we'll have him come and do it. Great job. Great price.
