They then brought Matt, the technician, from the back to explain to us the differences in the two models that they had to offer. What a pleasant way to spend an afternoon! So friendly, fun and knowledgeable! I didn't have the opportunity to meet Jeff but I spoken with him over the phone and he's so pleasant to talk to. I had a question today and when I called a young lady named Charlotte answered and true to form was as pleasant as everyone else in that store is. It's a long drive for me but very well worth it to receive that kind of exemplary customer service! Especially in a time where kindness and customer service seem to be at a minimum.
