After attending a handful of birthday parties at Super Jump Party Zone, my son decided that for his sixth birthday party he wanted his own to be here as well! This past weekend we had the party and everything was fantastic. Booking ahead online was quick and easy. You make a $100 deposit and then pay the rest on the day of the party when you check in. You have to pay extra to bring outside food in, but it was a small fee and not knowing the quality of their pizzas here, I wanted to order out. The entire party ended up being very affordable. We were also told we'd only have 15 minutes to set up but I think our party room didn't have a party previous to us, so they let me know at check-in I'd be able to go in and set up whenever I wanted which was super appreciated. The private party room was easy to decorate and had ample space for all of our guests. The hit for all of the kids was obviously the private bounce room which I can't recommend enough. It's SO nice only having to worry about a small group of kids from your own party versus tons of kids you don't know out in the main bounce area. All of the kids were absolutely wiped at the end and had a blast. All in all we had a fantastic time and my son loved his party so it was a perfect experience! read more

Had our son's 6th birthday party here yesterday and it was probably the best birthday party we've ever had (we have a 31 yr old and 21 yr old so we've have had a lot of kids parties). The cost was great for what we got!!! First, when we showed up a sweet gal came out with a cart for all our things in the car and took them for us to place in the party room and refrigerate what was needed. I don't even know how she knew we were the birthday host when we got out of the car! Then we had an entire room with lots of bouncing activities, slides, obstacle course, basketball, air hockey, etc. The adults had as much fun as the kids! After 75 minutes of that we were all definitely hungry and ready for the room with all our food. We walked into the room and the employees had set up all our food we brought with our serving utensils and had our hot pizzas ready for us. It was so nice not have to do the work other than put up a few decorations while the kids were bouncing. I'm so sad to be writing this because we've always loved Super Jump Party Zone. But our recent experience was honestly heartbreaking. We came for a family birthday party and brought our toddler, who's a burn survivor. His burns are fully healed, and he was so excited to jump and play like all the other kids. But the staff told us he couldn't go on the inflatables because of him being a burn survivor. He was crushed. He didn't understand why he was being treated differently, and he cried. It was awful to watch. We tried to make the best of it and distract him with other things, but the fun was already kind of ruined. My aunt, who booked the party, was just as upset this was supposed to be a happy day for everyone. What made it worse was how staff kept checking in on us like we were doing something wrong just by being there or they were checking to see if we were following their rules of him not being able to jump. to which we were following their rules. I was just disappointed... Then, near the end of the party, they said he could actually go on. But by then, it was too late -- the damage was done. Kids like my son just want to feel included. He's healthy, he's healed, and he deserves to have fun like everyone else. I really hope the staff gets better training and learns more about burn survivors. We'd love to come back someday, but only if things change. read more

We've been coming here since my son was one years old. He's three now, and he loves it! The staff are all really nice, and remember the regulars that come in. They're very helpful, and attentive. If you have a 1-5 year old, this is THE BEST place to come for $11 of 2 hours of play! Be Advised: They have an arcade (and quarter machine) so you'll want to bring a few dollars to enjoy those. UPDATE: The arcades have moved from quarters to game cards with a minimum of $10 of play with a prize at the end. They have a mommy and me open Play from 10 to 3 for $13 which is a pretty good deal. My only issue is with cleanliness. The equipment and bounce houses looked like they needed a wipe down. The staff was nice and they had a mini arcade. The slides were awesome for my 18 month old and there was kid friendly music playing throughout which was nice cuz it felt like a happy fun atmosphere. Found out that they were having private family events and we scheduled ASAP. Upon arriving we're greeted by a gentleman and the smile radiating from him was contagious. It felt so amazing to be greeted with such genuine kindness and excitement. The joy on the kids face was worth every penny (and the price is more than fair). Their set up made it even better that each area had a designated bathroom and sanitizer was in every room. We went to a 6yr old's Bday party over the weekend. The inside looks different from when I was there years ago. They have bouncy house party rooms for each party and it's huge. They, also, have the regular bouncy play area for the public. The room we were in, had 3 gigantic bouncy houses (very sturdy since there were kids that were 10yrs old and adults going on it). There was a foosball and hockey table, basketball shot thing, and ball shooting thing (no idea what each are called). In the public area, also, has a little arcade area. You get an hour of play in the bday party bouncy room for an hour and then move to the different room for cake & food celebration. They ordered pizza from a pizza restaurant partnered with this bday party (I think it's called BNG?) and one the best pizza I've had. So fun, and I highly recommend! read more

I won't let this day pass without posting my review for this place because of how grateful I am to the staff who were very accommodating with our situation. We went here today fully knowing that I won't be able to play with my kid inside the bounce house for there are no adults allowed. My kid spent a few minutes just looking at the place for he was scared of going inside them even though he's the one who wanted to go there in the first place.. He was super content just looking at the bounce houses when a staff approached me and told me that I could go and play with him even though in usual circumstances they wouldn't allow it.. It warmed my heart so much that she was so concerned that my kid was having fun.. few minutes later after I played with him, he's happily going on his own. This place is nice, spacious and clean! They also have have a rock wall but we didn't get to try.. There are arcade games and small coin rides as well..There is a limit of 90 minutes per child for the biunce house but I really think it's more than enough.. The staff are very attentive and helpful we had a super great time! It's not close to our place but we will definitely be back! read more

We, the great grandparents were invited to a birthday party for our great grandson. We were so impressed! All "us" kids had a good time! Many of the parents took off their shoes & chased kids thru & over & down the "jumpy things". Loads of fun! And for those that didn't want to jump there are other activities to enjoy, like air hockey, etc. we had the whole place just for our group, so it was easy to keep track of the kids. Also there is a person assigned to your group, that guards the door, so no one escapes. After an hour of play, we we moved to the Party Room. Great, large space for kids! They had a tons of different blow up toys. Slides, play area, obstacle course, jump house and even a separate area for arcade games. My son is only 17 months and didn't get to experience everything they had to offer though he did run around a lot. But my 4 year old nephew had a blast! Brought my son and daughter here on a rainy Saturday afternoon to burn some energy. Spacious and good variety of jumpers for the price. They offer punch cards and an option for the kids to just jump or to jump and also go on the rock climbing wall and/or trampoline. There is also an area with a couple of ride on toys for kids, air hockey and a few arcade games. I can't really say much for the customer service except that the staff could be a little more cheerful, especially since they are the first face you see when you walk in to pay. We paid extra for the bracelet to get on the rock climbing wall but were unfortunately not given the wrist band ;/ I had to go back and prove to the front desk that I indeed paid for the wrist band. So I took my 8 year old to this place for his birthday on a last minute notice do to bad weather in oct . Thought everything was fine until we went into the party room for food and cake . So this is where things went bad . We are settling everyone down, I get an alert on my phone that my card was attempting to be used the crazy part is this card I used for this party was a card I only use for events so it gets low activity I'm thinking I didn't use this card something like 4 months prior plus has a 1000 lock on it . 1st attempt was for 750 2nd 450 ,3rd 300 4th 250 cost of party was around 400 for pizza and the room so luckily this person tried for a higher number . This is where I am 99% sure the lady behind the counter is skimming cards think She's the manager too . She held my card for a very long time my wife kept reminding me of that, then she asked us my sons birthday and date wife asked why do you need to know that didn't get a good answer she said it was for the room and to keep track of him . Didn't make any sense being no other kids entering the room got asked. Plus the long card hold . She wrote it down while we were figuring out how many pizzas to buy . Said that was for the pizza order . I strongly believe I wasn't the 1st this happened to . The attempted funds were trying to be put into a shares fund that needed no proof of a bank account that the person can pull shares at available transaction times . But failed to do so because of my card lock . Hopefully she gets caught soon and no others will be victims. All the kids did have a good time so reviews would have been different if this didn't happen. On my sons birthday I had a locked account had to get to the bank unlock my account and change the card when my focus should have been about his day . If you do go use cash only but for party room you still need to pay deposit so recommend going inside and still use cash to reserve( Don't ) use card . Truth be told, I worked myself up and thought the worst of this place after reading all these horrible reviews. I just had my daughters 6th birthday, 8/18/18, and had THE best time, kids and parents alike. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Jessica who was behind the front desk with a smile and said, "Welcome to Super Jump Party Zone. How can I assist you?" I thought to myself, "Wow ok off to a great start." I then told her we are checking in for my daughters private birthday party. She said, "Awesome, this is Nicole and she will be your hostess today to assist you with your party." Nicole introduced herself as did I, and said we have a few minutes since we were a tad early for our party but she will explain the rules and expectations before heading back to the private bounce rooms. As we headed to the room, there was a sign saying, "Happy Birthday Ellie" I was like, "Aww, what a nice touch." Upon entering the room it was massive. There were 5 chairs against the wall as well as two picnic tables for guests. Before booking I asked if drinks were allowed in the private bouncy rooms and was told we could bring in only water bottles for guests in the bouncy room. So I made sure to bring in an extra case of water for our guests. There are water bottles available for purchase at $1 each as well. As guests trickle in, there are some cubbies along the wall where children can store their shoes. Socks are required to bounce, however, so don't forget to bring or wear socks. Socks are also available for purchase at $1.50 a pair at the front desk. Parents are encouraged to participate at no extra cost, so why not bounce on in, literally? Lol The allotted one hour and 15 minutes in the bounce room went by quickly as I was approached by our hostess, Nicole, that the party room is available to set up now and she would gladly help me. She knew exactly what to do with the party supplies I brought with me to decorate the room. She was quick to drape the four picnic tables with the table cloths I brought and the pizzas we ordered through Super Jump Party Zone were already on the counter. She helped lay out napkins, plates, cups, forks for the cake and even helped me dish out the cake as well. I even made a ridiculous request about 15 minutes into the party room, if it was possible for two more pizzas to be delivered. She said let me ask. She got on her walkie talkie and said she could have them here in 20 minutes. We originally ordered 6 pizzas for 21 kids and 30 parents but the first 6 were devoured by all in 10 minutes and not wanting to leave my guests hungry I ordered two more pizzas. As the pizzas were being prepared Nicole helped me set up the cake and candles and 10 minutes later the two extra pizzas arrived. I am aware this review is rather lengthy, however, I wanted to be as detailed and informative as possible for those parents who are hesitant and concerned about the negative reviews posted before or after mine. I couldn't have asked for a more successful party without the undue stress of planning and preparing for the celebration of my child's birth. Which is the focal point of this get together, am I right? The children had an absolute blast getting together laughing and screaming, as children should, celebrating the birth of my child. When we arrived there at 5 (party was at 5:30) they just took all our stuff, and wouldn't let us in to "setup". Then the host told us we could setup 15 min before they move us to the private room to eat at 6:30. I didn't even know the name of our host. First thing, she didn't even introduce herself to me or my husband. She could smile more and have a little more energy. Just saying. During the playtime, she monitored, and was available for questions. At dinner time, we ran out of plates, and she said they're out. We opened a drawer, and found a bunch of plates! I didn't know they'd limit the plates, cups, sporks and napkins. If you're planning to have a party there, bring your own utensils, plates, and napkins. I don't think we'll be back. Found a great Groupon deal that was $9 for 90 minutes of Open Play for 2 kids. Score!!! Best way to let the kids burn off energy. A regular session is $7.50 per child (+tax) for 90 mins. They have a few big slides a big bouncy house. They also have a bungee bounce station which looks awesome - we'll try that next time. The bungee bounce is $7.50 per person (+tax) and you get 3 - 2 min sessions. You can combine the bungee with open play for 2 hours for $10.50+tax. This building is located across the street from the Outlet Collection (Supermall). I think I've found my new favorite place to take the kids when I'm babysitting :-) read more

If I was able to give zero stars I would. If you don't mind rude staff then this might suit you or your kiddos. When you come inside it's pretty spacious. There is carpet area with chairs for the parents. The slides and bounce house are ok nothing special. There is tables outside the carpet area which I thought were okay for snacks and drinks. Apparently not. My poor friends daughter spilled her drink and was crying, while my friend was trying to clean up; the rude manager came up and muttered at this poor girl this is why we don't have food here. We tried to talk to the staff and ask why he was so rude. She just laughed it off. I'm glad I checked this place out before booking my sons birthday party. We had my daughters birthday here today. Everything went exactly as planned thanks to our awesome hostess, Mikaela! The place was easy to get to. There was more than enough parking. The bathrooms were clean. The playroom was clean and cool. The jumpers were all in very good condition. Mikaela, our hostess, was very attentive and nice. I've taken my family here twice recently and we've already booked a 3rd trip. The staff is very friendly and takes the needed pre cautions for Covid. Rooms are cleaned well after each use.
