I've had my daughter's last 2 birthday parties here! Worth the money so easy and a big space for just your party!!

Had our son's 6th birthday party here yesterday and it was probably the best birthday party we've ever had (we have a 31 yr old and 21 yr old so we've have had a lot of kids parties). The cost was great for what we got!!! First, when we showed up a sweet gal came out with a cart for all our things in the car and took them for us to place in the party room and refrigerate what was needed. I don't even know how she knew we were the birthday host when we got out of the car! Then we had an entire room with lots of bouncing activities, slides, obstacle course, basketball, air hockey, etc. The adults had as much fun as the kids! After 75 minutes of that we were all definitely hungry and ready for the room with all our food. We walked into the room and the employees had set up all our food we brought with our serving utensils and had our hot pizzas ready for us. It was so nice not have to do the work other than put up a few decorations while the kids were bouncing. Then after pizza, cake, and presents they cleaned it all up for us so we could just cart our things out to the car and leave. It was the best!!

They have a mommy and me open Play from 10 to 3 for $13 which is a pretty good deal. My only issue is with cleanliness. The equipment and bounce houses looked like they needed a wipe down. The staff was nice and they had a mini arcade. The slides were awesome for my 18 month old and there was kid friendly music playing throughout which was nice cuz it felt like a happy fun atmosphere. I recommended this place to a couple friends who also have kids and I would definitely come back with my son on a rainy day or even a nice day.

1hr 15 min wasn't enough time for them to play we got the party room!! 500$ the party room only had 3 jumpers btw. once we did pizza we had to do cake right after because it was rushed not worth 500$ i can say that 100% maybe like 250-300$. worth (we didn't even do gifts because it was rushed)

What a great and inexpensive way to get the wiggles out with the kids. Lots of open space, tons of options for the kids to run for hours. I don't even feel like their in house snacks are that over priced compared to others I've been to. They have private jump spaces for birthday parties as well. We will definitely be back!

Found out that they were having private family events and we scheduled ASAP. Upon arriving we're greeted by a gentleman and the smile radiating from him was contagious. It felt so amazing to be greeted with such genuine kindness and excitement. The joy on the kids face was worth every penny (and the price is more than fair). Their set up made it even better that each area had a designated bathroom and sanitizer was in every room. We have booked for the next few SAT's and we're so thankful to have such an establishment with amazing owners that truly care. Thank you!!!!

Great place to take the kids and even do parties! Staff is friendly, there's tons of inflatables and arcade games to play and they do food for parties too

The hit for all of the kids was obviously the private bounce room which I can't recommend enough.

It wasn't very busy at all. The host was very helpful! The pizza was huge and yummy! One of the owners, Chris, came out and played with the kids too. This place has a great vibe! The eyewear they provide is extremely important! I wore sweats and I was glad! Some shots can leave a sting! It's not any worse that a normal nerf gun but smaller children might not love it. I would say this is perfect for ages 6-75! It was truly epic! If you haven't gone yet, you are missing out! It was really fun!

I forgot my diaper bag in the premises and exited the area around 6:55 PM and by 7:00PM I received a call from a friend to pick my bag. By 7:02 I was in there and the employee asked me to verify it. I told them the brand name and as it was a diaper bag told them I had some wipes and diaper along with some clothing . He asked me what was the clothing , I told him I couldn't remember exactly as it was in the bag for a while . He asked me what else was there , I told him there was a bottle but couldn't exactly give details about what was on it , he refused to give the bag to me and was extremely rude . I pleaded him initially as my kid was in the car but he showed no remorse but kept on insisting I cannot give the bag as it's a protocol . Couple of us tried to explain him that It was ours and I can him a copy of my Id and email/ phone number as well but he was so determined to lock the door . It was very clear he didn't want to hand over the bag at any cost because at this time it was more of this ego . I party host explained that we were part of the party and they can be contacted if anyone else approaches for the diaper bag but he simply refused to hear any of us out . Even his fellow colleague asked him to hand over the bag but at that point he made up his mind . Extremely poor customer service and rude , unethical behavior.

The tanks are much smaller than what you'd see at a bigger aquarium like the Seattle Aquarium, but they had some interesting creatures on display (like sculpins and crabs). The volunteers were also very interactive with kids and they had a pretty big tide pool tank where you can touch some creatures. When we visited they even had a tank of live squid, something I never really get see at the bigger aquariums. A few things to note: - Admission is free but they do ask for donations... they can accept cash but they also have a card machine for donations as well. - They keep track of capacity, so there may be a line to get in. Since it only takes 20-30 minutes to explore people shuffle in and out quickly. - Most of the aquarium displays are in the building out on the pier; this area is primarily outdoors so prepare for the cold weather! The indoor building is very small and mainly has displays of jarred sea creatures and scuba info. - There are restrooms onsite near the entrance. - No dedicated parking on-site, so you will have to look for parking in the area. There is a lot across the street but it tends to be busy with people fishing/boating, otherwise there is some street parking next to the playground area. If you happen to be in the Federal Way area for food reasons, I recommend stopping by this little aquarium to get more out of a visit! They're also located on the waterfront, so it makes for a nice walk around the area.

They have a few exhibits in a hall that explain animals that live in the area. There is microscopes to view small living creatures, skeletons of marine life, information on scuba diving, among other informational ideas. Then you walk out on a pier and into another building that has aquariums full of amine life like starfish, crabs, fish, etc. The best part is the two touch tanks that allow you to feel what some of the marine life feels like. Plus the view off the pier is beautiful to watch people scuba diving or look for starfish.

At first the storefront can appear rather small, but upon entering you see it's a pretty nice size. First, there is a check in counter. The entire play area is walled for safety, and there is a shoe cubby at the front along with storage for personal items. There is a small store at the left with little tchotchkes for purchase as well. The staff is always friendly and checks us in promptly. The pricing is very reasonable per child ($17 for 2 hours) which makes this a regular activity for us. There is an initial large room that has items like a pirate ship climbing gym/slide, a bunch of different variations of sensory swings, and even a tiny toddler dress up area. One of my favorite parts is the kids sized zip line with crash pad. Both of my kids are proprioceptive sensory seekers so this is one of their favorite activities. As you pass the large room, there's a party room to your right you can book for birthdays and other events, and there is a quiet room to your left, that's blacklight-lit and full of cool glow in the dark/LED features. Then directly behind the large room, there is a hallway that runs parallel and connects the quiet room to the party room. The hallway features smaller toys and buildable toys, like choo choo trains and Legos. There's also a pinball machine and an arcade machine. I think the most important piece of this location is the motto on their wall that says this is the place you never have to be sorry. As a mom of two autistic kids, I usually feel I have to explain them/apologize for them when we go out. It feels so nice to have a brief reprieve from that and be able to see your kids truly enjoy themselves exactly in the way that they are. It's a place of acceptance too - neurodivergent kids or not - all are welcome. I think what would make the place even better is if there was a way to pay a little extra to extend the play an extra hour.
