Then they disappear for days or even weeks, offering excuse after excuse. They drag out the project while constantly asking for payment. When only about 70% of the work was done, they told me the job was "complete," even though basic things like door frames weren't installed. They just wanted their money so they could move on to the next project. They also don't keep their promises. They left trash, leftover food, and construction mess everywhere. They promised to haul away debris on the second day and then vanished completely. The owner, Jose, has a terrible attitude. Bottom line: they want your money without putting in the work. Reply to your comment Jose: There may be two sides to every story, but when many customers raise the same concerns, it's worth taking a closer look internally. Repeatedly responding to negative reviews by blaming or insulting customers instead of acknowledging issues only reinforces those concerns. This review reflects my actual experience. The weather strip is also not fitting correctly and we were having a hard time closing the door as it was too thick that we have to hold on to the door and lock it at the same time. Look at the photos for reference. We called them to fix it and sure he isn't happy but he came back and stripped off the weather strip which leaves us with spaces around the door. It's really terrible work. I also regret switching from our old door to this because of this problem. They leave their work area so dirty that I have to clean after them. Also, no proper receipt was given at first. I had to tell him we were looking at changing our windows (a service he also provides) and that's when he sent me a proper receipt. We found someone else for the windows who are absolutely professionals, clean and give proper invoices and receipts. I really hate putting bad reviews for small businesses but I am left with pretty much a crappy job. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Miguel and his team were able to not only restore all the broken parts to perfect condition but also replace the window and door knob with a new one. Located in the city of Duarte, Envirogreen is located within an industrial park. Walked in, was greeted by the receptionist, then referred me to a service rep, her name Lee Keslert. She was pleasant and very helpful, she conducted herself, like she knew what she was doing, so I had confidents in her helping me. She took the time to explain everything to me, from sizing to styles, to the construction and materials used in the making of the windows. She took me to a section in the back, that had all the different types of windows and styles on display. She scheduled the visit from a contractor for measurements. She contacted me with pricing, and consulted with me in designing. Once you agree with everything, sign on the dotted line, and pay a deposit, they'll custom make your windows to size. They coordinate with the contractor, and schedule an installation date. So with the attentiveness, help, and expertise of Evirogreen, along with the Contractors professionalism and craftsmanship, this project was fairly simple and pain free. Will definitely be back for future projects.

We stopped by the store in San Gabriel, which they have their own parking lot. No samples but if you give them an idea of what you want, they will match as best they can. This includes my ask for a horizontal bar handle, allowing me to hang a towel on one side of the door. The ordering was pretty quick and Tom speaks English. They sent someone out to our house to confirm sizing and drew accurate measurements. Due to the flu, the shower door installation was a bit delayed but they were able to schedule a crew out after I followed up. The crew took 3 hours for installing but we are pleased with the work.
