The most Amazing Experience I Have with George he pick up from the Airport our flight was delay for 2 hours for the whether problems and he wait for us even was later at 11:40 pm at night without to charge us extra price , My familia and I we Thanks we get home safe after 10 hours flight plus the delay . I will give this company 5 stars, George was very courteous on the phone answer very fast. We call him to get us to San Francisco we have a family event very private. We were very concerned for hours or services may differ due to COVID-19. We ask him what is precaution his company take if we decide to hire him. Very prompt he responds he will wipe up the interior of the car with sanitizer and he will provide with tissue wipers and the driver will come with a mask and the driver will no have any contact with the passengers. Over the weekend I decided to have a date with my husband and we call this company in down Town Mountain view by Castro street and they answer the phone at the second ring. Incredible they have a car available for us and was very easy to make a last minute reservation. We reserve a Town Car to take us to San Francisco you know nothing fantasy when i look and they upgrade us for a black 2013 Mercedes Benz S class for the same price.
