When trying to reach the owner of the company for any explanation or apology we were unsuccessful until the next day where the owner simply replied, "I'm out of town will talk to you tomorrow" - WTF! When we finally got ahold of him he was rude, unapologetic and definitely wanted little to do with us. In the end we have a suspicion that the van never really broke down but that they found a better/high paying opportunity instead. Who knows. All we do know is we were never refunded. Our personal items were not returned to us until the NEXT DAY leaving us without purses, coats ect, and to top it off the owner threatened to charge us for the one hour of service they did provide. Very unprofessional with little regard for the customer. It's very clear to us that this company and its owner cares little for their customers and is trying to make a quick buck any way they can. Needless to say we will not ever be recommending this company to any of our friends and family and we will be reporting them to the better business bureau. All they had to do was apologize and work with us to find a solution but in the end they preferred to screw their clients over. Too bad.

I took my BF and his brother and his GF on their first tour ever and wanted make sure it was an enjoyable experience so I insisted on going to places I was more familiar with, that were closer to our launching pad and with and that I knew they would enjoy. Quality Limo was more than accommodating to these requests however we did ensure proper compensation (2+ hours and a good tip) as a thank you. The service was fantastic. The driver was timely and organized and had a great sense of humor as we in the backseat were enjoying the giggle filled sillyness that often accompanies such events. We were only turned around once which I have to take responsibility for due to a lack of sense of direction and a substantial amount of wine consumption. The airport transfer if $50 so we were planning on using the other $50 on the return trip to the airport. After purchasing the voucher, Mohd asked us to pay him directly and not to purchase the voucher - too late. Thanks yelp for refunding our money for this incredibly frustrating experience.

We require a Chevy suburban for our group and I've had frustrating experiences trying to get an oversize SUV on Uber and lyft. Sometimes small SUVs arrive that cannot accommodate our luggage. Aleks' Black Suburbans are beautifully maintained and terrifically clean. His driver Gela is the epitome of European elegance, and graciously loaded all of our luggage. Their Covid protocols were top notch, the driver wore a mask and gloves, and offered hand sanitizer to us all as soon as we entered the car. I'm sure he would've been willing to drive with windows down if we asked. Additionally, I was able to pay directly on Venmo which was very appreciated.

When he dropped us off in San Francisco he demanded a $172 tip, and would not take anything else. He said that was a mandatory fee for gratuity, and that was not listed anywhere on the voucher. My husband offered him $120 (which I did not agree with at all), and he said no. He kept trying to strongarm us into paying $172. We were so scared, we were seconds away from calling the police. Besides having to pay tasting fees at wineries which were supposed to be included, the driver was trying to intimidate us into tipping $172? We called Alex, and Alex asked us to put Ned on the phone. Although it wasn't expensive, the fact that the voucher clearly stated the tastings were included was not very fair to any of the customers. We called Alex, the owner of the business, and he didn't really seem to understand our disappointment. He said the tastings are free "IF YOU BUY A BOTTLE OF WINE." Really??? So we each have to buy a bottle of wine at each of the four wineries to get the value of our voucher? How come it didn't say that ON the voucher? We asked him kindly for a refund for the costs of the tastings, and he said that was absolutely not an option.
