Came in to get a lineup, didn't have an appointment, so sat and waited for half hour until 5 other customers walked in and got seen. After noticing that a conversation was being had about another customer not having an appt, I walked up to the reception and said why am I still waiting if these other customers didn't have an appt either. I tried to call multiple times could not get through always busy or straight to voicemail. They welcome walk ins so I decided to show up around 615 they close at 7pm . The lady at the front who I've seen cut here asked one of the barbers would they take me . The barber said he would not take me . The other barber said no as well . They had nobody waiting so it was just me and the people in the chair. They could have taken me but didn't even want to see what time they were finished with the person in the chair . Came to get my sons cut here after school, these guys had no customers at all just on their phones. Before we could walk in all the way they signaled their hand under their chin like na we good. My son is 11 & only needed the sides trimmed, but was offered zero customer service, was hardly worth a breath to these guys. Didn't even attempt to schedule or book us for another time. This is the barber shop you see on TV that they talk more than they cut and don't have real prices or schedules. If your waiting and one of the barbers friends shows up he will jump you in line. Also, if people want a fancy haircut go to a salon as barbers are meant for quick fast cuts not sitting and yapping... people don't like to wait and there needs to be more speed in the shop and less yapping and also care for the customers that are waiting for a cut as spending an hour on one persons hair is not a barber shop it's a salon so make sure you call ahead and confirm your appointment and barber and again 30 min before then you will be good. Went today to get a haircut, ended up getting one from some girl that went by the name IceKold, she was tweaking so bad, dropping things everywhere. She was hella tweaking. She also does not know how to cut hair, the girl left lines everywhere and did not even give me the cut I wanted. Definitely don't recommend going to her for the cut, or even this place. read more

Completely rude and disrespectful. Extremely homophobic. The barber that I initially booked never showed up or even answered my calls. she then lied and said I was a no show....I felt so uncomfortable and the way the other barber treated me as if I was out of place and I didn't belong just becuase my appearance.
