This is the 3rd time I have used A1 for a limo trip to the airport. Pricing is great, with lots of vehicle options, beautiful clean vehicles with professional drivers who are on time, and a great service. Todays trip, I noticed I accidentally booked a sedan (noticed 2 hours before pickup. YIKES), and I needed an SUV because I have my son and wife with me this time. While I was unable to get anyone on the phone, i texted the drivers phone# from my confirmation, and they got back to me with an SUV switch. I'm super happy I got that figured out last minute. Great experience from start to finish! Very easy to book online with charges clearly explained. We landed in the middle of a snowstorm and sat on the tarmac at O'Hare for over an hour after we landed, clearly past the expected pickup time. I called to let them know and they were accommodating and assured they'd be ready for us when we arrived. We stayed in touch by text and once we had our bags, the driver was there within 3 minutes. The car was clean and inviting; the driver welcoming and professional. Bottled water was waiting and we were able to unwind from a long travel day while driven into the city. Decided to treat ourselves for a recent trip to the airport. We ordered a 3 passenger sedan, they pulled up in a stretch! What a great way to start our vacation! It was so great, we booked a car for our return. We don't fly much, and saved a lot on our plane tickets, and the splurge was well worth it. I used a1 limousine service to go to o'hare and back on a recent trip overseas. Both drivers were on time and very accommodating. They both were Lincoln Town Cars each time. The price was reasonable, in heavy or rush hour traffic, they cost less than a taxi and are more comfortable. I would be happy to use them again for my next trip. read more

I recently brought my 14 year-old twin daughters to their first concert at the United Center. I was nervous about driving and my family has used A1 Classic Limousine Group many times for round trip transportation to O'Hare and Midway. After doing my research, I found that A1 had the best rate. I also knew how reliable they have been in the past. After making the reservation, I received confirmation immediately and breathed a sigh of relief that the driving was in the hands of the professionals at A1 Limo Group. On the evening of the concert, a stretch limousine pulled up to my home. The driver, Jose, was 10 minutes early and waited patiently as my daughters and I took pictures. The driver offered to connect our Bluetooth to the speaker system so we could listen to Olivia Rodrigo and sing to our heart's desire. He showed us how to contact him up front and gave us his cell number for emergencies once inside. Jose made sure to tell us that he would be in the area waiting for our call; once the concert was over. The limo was stocked with soda, juice, and a variety of fun candy. Jose made sure we knew exactly where we were going and how to find him after the concert. He seemed genuinely happy for us and wished us well. After the concert, Jose was easy to contact and texted us that the concert had just ended (obviously he was keeping tabs on it) and told us specifically where to meet him. To be able to find our limo parked on the street, in the sea of cars outside, tells me that Jose knew exactly where to park to be found and he had been there the entire time. We had brought snacks and our blankets with and left them in the limo during the concert. After the concert, we warmed up right away and drove in absolute relaxation and luxury. I was also very impressed that Jose waited until we were safely inside our home before driving away. It certainly showed that he cared and took the safety of his customers very seriously. I'd like to thank Jose, and his associate Ridi, on their excellent business practices. I recommend A1 Limousine Group to everyone looking for a safe, reliable, stress-free ride in a newer, clean, luxury vehicle. I found A1 online and booked for 4 separate pickups for my family and parents. When we left to Ohare, Rob was waiting in front of my condominium in a brand new Chevy Suburban. The limo was perfect, clean and in immaculate condition. Rob secured all of our luggage in the trunk and drove us to Ohare. He chatted with us and was a very personable guy. He dropped us off at Ohare and wished us wonderful vacation and thanked us. On our return to Ohare, we called dispatch and within ten minutes both of our limos pulled up. This time we were picked up by Javier in brand new Cadillac Escalade and my parents were picked up in a brand new town car. We got caught in heavy traffic heading back to downtown Chicago so we had plenty of time to talk with Javier about our vacation. Javier was wonderful to deal with and very down to earth kind of guy. Their rate was great. Their customers service was very professional and friendly. The drivers were wonderful and their cars were in immaculate condition. Everything was great. Drivers were on time and courteous, vehicles were clean and modern. Only issue was when I was picked up originally my reservations were for 2012 Lexus or newer and I was picked up in a newer Chevy SUV. I'm not that picky but thought I'd note it.
